The BEST option in Innsbruck - wish we could stay longer.

We LOVED this unit. We had to book here last minute due to a nightmare host who was unexpectedly aggressive towards us at a different rental and we left their unit early. We booked this room as a hail mary the morning of and were so pleasantly surprised, we wish we booked it sooner - in fact, I sent the link to my parents who will be traveling to Innsbruck this fall and told them they HAD to book here. It was spacious, clean, quiet, centrally located, had everything, and beautiful - absolutely perfect.

An amazing stay, just don't get a room at the front if you want to get any sleep.

The main hotel was stunning, the staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. The separate apartment building has been restored so beautifully. The studio was comfortable and modern, beautiful bathroom and the location was amazing.

The noise from the street below was terrible. We were on the second floor and the noise from clubbers leaving the nightclub opposite from 11pm to 3am was terrible. If the drinkers don't wake you at all hours, then the delivery vans, road sweepers and rubbish collectors vehicles will from 7am.

The location couldn’t have been any more central, located in the streets of the old town. Having booked the apartments we were also able to make use of the nearby hotel facilities such as personal check-in and luggage storage.

Lack of amenities such as tissues, hanging space. Bed is very average and there is no reception or staff. The toilet is very exposed and the hotel has no amenities except a spa that is 300 metres down the road and very busy.

The location was amazing and Henri was fantastic. The apartment was fitted out high quality and looked fantastic.

The fact that the TV was in the bedroom and not in the kitchen/lounge area. This made it feel like a hotel as we all had to sit on the bed to watch tv.

Excellent in every way

The location couldn’t be better, it’s 50m from golden roof in the centre of old town. The building is an annex of the main hotel which is just a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptionally friendly. We used the spa which was included, which also has a rooftop jacuzzi. We had the loft studio and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it.

The air-conditioner was linked to a central temperature control, and switched off once in the middle of the night. Created stale air flow.

Exquisite location, comfortable rooms

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. As soon as we stepped outside the hotel, we were surrounded by the vibrant buzz of the city center. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy, I was able to do everything online, so I hardly needed to interact with the staff. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Doors without dampers slammed loudly when closed. Dragging luggage hundred meters to another hotel as there was no reception and bag deposit. Not worth the premium paid for the location.

Beautiful & Clean Rooms + Great Location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. 1 • Check in was very easy and smooth despite not having on site reception — H5 is a secondary property to the main Hotel Grauer Bär and main hotel reception is only a 5 minute walk from this property. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. 2 • H5 is a beautifully renovated historic building. The rooms are newly redone — beautifully modern and historic and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. 3 • The location is perfect if you want to be right in the historic city center — cute shops and cafes right out the door and the main square is only a half a block away. We parked at the the Alstadt parking ramp a couple of blocks away — €19 per 24 hours — very clean. We stayed two nights and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

This was an amazing place to stay. Right in the heart of the old town. Just down from the Goldenes Dachl (Golden Roof) you couldn't match the specialness of where you were. The apartment kept all the traditional ambiance of the old world but had all of the new conveniences and chic styling , warmth of today. We also took advantage of the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi at the main hotel just outside the city gates. The buzz of the area and the windows that looked down as the people walked by gave you a sense of being part of the old town Innsbruck back in the days of old. The place was spotlessly clean, new, and fully equipped to cook for yourself with just a stove top or microwave. However we took advantage of the many restaurants that didn't disappoint. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to self-book in but the girls from the main hotel ran down in less than 2 minutes and we had more than two keys in the end. The staff were very helpful, easy to ask anything and just warm and lovely. We would 100% recommend this place.

The pillows were limp and the bed a little hard, but not to the extent of really choosing not to stay here. We parked our car at a facility down from the main hotel, about two blocks away. This was affordable and we didn't mind, but in fact, there would be no parking in this area anyway .... Also, be prepared to hear some activity outside your window as this is the main square where everyone meets. sightsees.

It’s very funky, blending ancient and modern in a very attractive package. Comfortable, with great style and finishes and in a brilliant location close to the station and right in the midst of the Old Town.

We had a bit of trouble with check-in as my Deutsch is not sehr gut. There may have been an English option but I didn’t notice it. We didn’t encounter any staff, but we managed so it was all OK and part of the experience.

Beautiful space, convenient location, but I could have slept better

Gorgeous old building in the Altstadt. They did a fantastic job with the renovation of this space. Conveniently located to restaurants, museums, shops, and the Nordkette train. Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchenette.

The sofa bed was uneven and uncomfortable. The main bed was very hard. AC didn’t work very well, but it was unseasonably hot. The street was too loud and smoky to open the windows.

The breakfast was very good and the facilities were cozy and inviting. Our room, a studio with balcony, was exceptional, with a beautiful and unique bathroom. Shower was wonderful. Balcony was great, with a wonderful view. The renovated hotel has incorporated the oldest parts of the building in a creative and innovative manner. Easily one of the most interesting places we have ever stayed.

There was a clear window, chest height, in the shower. A small curtain would be appreciated.

nice but lacking a few touches with hard bed and overpriced

location, clean, old building

beds very hard, only a few coffee pods, no milk, only a few tea bags which were all flavoured, no black tea, electrical socket at kitchen unit in the wrong place needing the wire to be drapesed over the sink. the on line checking in and out procedure does not work; the message sent for checking in asks you to click on a link and it simply does not work on my phone. i pointed this out to the receptionist at the main hotel but she showed no interest.

We didn't have breakfast there. Location was great for seeing old town and going up the mountain. Room was nice and cozy. Loved that it had everything you need if you wanted to make of prep your own meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We loved the location. However, there was several times during the night that younger people gathered in front of the building and were very loud. At around 1am a big fight broke out! We woke up several times during the night. Now, I realize this was not the hotels fault. Just our experience.

Very spacious and central location in the old town. I was very surprised on how big the apartment was for the location!

A little confusing on where to park to unload luggage. However this is because the apartment is in the middle of the pedestrian area of the old town, which is actually very convenient otherwise.

The location was central but given the size of the City this was not that important The room was modern.

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was too busy to talk to us for 15 minutes When she did she was dismissive and said we were in the apartments and pointed down the street. It turned out the apartments were 500 meters away and through an arch Hardly easy to find Given that I received a dozen emails a map or directions would have been useful rather than the link to explore a hotel we could not use. There was no reception in the apartment Some of the towels were with wet or stained or both
