Great hotel! That was our second visit there in one month and we are so happy about that trip again. We had room 26 before and now 25. Everything was so good, first the best location ofc, vibes, very good and professional staff, clean, possibility to early check-in and later check-out, super pool, saunas and rooftop jacuzzi! You can left your stuff after check-out in security room in main hotel. So easy to check-in. Clean pools, fresh towels, a hairdryer in the room, coffee, tea, an espresso machine, and the best ice cream in Innsbruck right at the hotel entrance!
There are a few small things that could be improved; then our stay would have been a 10/10. Unfortunately, there were no bathrobes or slippers at H5 Studios :( We went to the pool and wellness area at the main hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk from the studio, but we didn’t have any bathrobes :( Everyone else who had suites at the main hotel had them. Unfortunately, we had two separate beds instead of one double bed, which might not have been such a problem if we’d had one large mattress and one sheet; unfortunately, we had two beds pushed together, two separate mattresses, and two sheets. There was no way to sleep together because the beds kept sliding apart—it would be nice if this were noted when booking the room.

The location was great, right in the Old Quarters with everything within reach (supermarkets, Historic Buildings to visit, tram, busses etc..). We wanted a quiet apartment and we choose one facing the back of the building. You could see amazing Mountain View’s in between a church. Really amazing! We checked in at their Hotel partner which was very handy.
There is a blue light that comes at night in the dark as very bright. It’s for safety but I found it very annoying. I had to block it to sleep. The fridge made a bit of noise at times but I’m a light sleeper. If there was a bedroom for the bed, instead of the setting being opened plan, this wouldn’t be a problem.

The apartment layout is excellent with good size kitchen, shower room, storage room. The is also a balcony which looks out onto a small courtyard.
The building is party of the old Hof in the old City centre. It has been lovely restored and modernised, whilst retaining the charm of the old building.
The building has a lift which makes access with luggage simple and easy.
The beds were comfortable, there is large TV, and the kitchen is well equipped with small hob, microwave oven, refrigerator & dishwasher.
It was winter when I visited, the apartment was always a warm and comfortable temperature which could be adjusted. There was an air conditioning but I didn’t need to use it.
The location is superb, in the centre of the old city, minutes level walk from many of the visitor attractions, restaurants, cafes & bars. A comprehensive selection of shops are all close by.
I loved my stay here, a can definitely recommend the apartment, it’s a perfect location base whilst visiting Innsbruck. When I visit again, I will try to stay here.
My stay was for seven days, and I wish I could have stayed longer. 10/10
Nothing I can think of, I can recommend staying here…everything was good.

Beautiful building and rooms and the location was amazing. Right in the old town centre.
Check in process was a little confusing but the phone link to the other hotel assisted
