Every thing
- the lovation is in the centre of centre
- the suite is big and comfortable like you stay in a museum
- the toilet was big enough for family
- the air conditioning was great
- the balcony was amazing with nice views to the mountains
-the staff were helpful and friendly
There is no mirror inside the suite but the one in the toilet
The breakfast in the hotel was below the expectation

The studio in H5 is in a great location, close to everything in the Altstadt. The building is architecturally very cool. It is modern and clean and has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated being able to take a short walk down the street to the Grauer Bär Hotel to use the steam room, sauna, pool and hot tub. I can’t forget to mention the AC that worked very well.
We had enough outside noise to require white noise and ear plugs. Our studio was right over the front door and we could hear the tourists outside getting ice cream and shopping, a very loud band playing around the corner until just after 10pm, and a few crazy people screaming in the middle of the night.

Beautiful building and rooms and the location was amazing. Right in the old town centre.
Check in process was a little confusing but the phone link to the other hotel assisted
