Good base for exploring Innsbruck and the nearby ski slopes.

The rooms were big and comfy, lots of storage space. Breakfast was excellent. There is public transport to the center of Innsbruck which is very convenient. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Great and comfortable stay! Clean and good location up the hill a bit and not far from Innsbruck city by bus. Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful!

Nice for 1 night but expensive considering the lack of staff and facilities

The hotel is in a pretty town. The room was pretty and the view was lovely. Staff were commutative over what’s app to help with arrival.

Unfortunately for the money we thought the hotel felt neglected and a bit run down. Reception is only staffed a few hours in the afternoon and morning so we never saw anyone. And food or drink was only dispensed by vending machines. The balcony we had was lovely but communal so had to share. So anyone could walk past our window.

The view out of just 1 of the 4 rooms. Not 3 of 4.

I will keep this honest and civil as I am a devote Christian woman. The hotel: The staff was very unreasonable to simple accommodations, poor quality of accommodations (i.e., poor stench, ripped couches and curtains, no hot water, uncomfortable beds, black mold in the showers), not near city center of Innsbruck. Please refine the search engine as this place was NOT near where we needed. The rooms for 4 people were the exact same as the rooms for 2 people yet charged more. Booking.com: Despite multiple attempts to place the correct number of guests needed, it continued to change back to 2 adults despite needing 4 kids and 4 adults. Which resulted in the site continuously adding the 2 adults to my cart. I deleted it multiple times, and when I went to book, it was not there. Then I was charged for 2 rooms I didn't need nor booked. Booking.com AND hotel: Neither were helpful in reimbursement of 2 rooms not needed. Booking.com was at least nice and respectful. However, the hotel staff was significantly rude, refused to assist in any way, and would not agree to a refund. Overall, our party of 8 was very disappointed and would not recommend either booking.com or the hotel, especially the hotel. If we could leave eight zero stars, we would. Unfortunately, I can not upload all the pictures to prove the poor quality of the hotel.

Good value, good location in Igls super close to Innsbruck. Allowed for you to be outside of the mix of the city but close enough you weren't driving hours for things a city provides.

Rooms could be cleaned daily as opposed to every other day.

Absolutely horrendous

Virtually nothing. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with my three young daughters staying at this hotel with no staff in attendance.

It had a smoking odour throughout, no staff onsite. Didn’t have hot water in the morning. It was not worth for the money

Superb

Beautiful location. You wake up in the morning looking directly at the beautiful mountains. Got an Innsbruck Welcome card for free. With this card we had free travel in the whole of Innsbruck.

Pleasant and relaxing.

The Terrasse view of the pond with the mountains behind made for an exceptional relaxing morning. The location was a 5 minute walk from a bus stop, and easy to find. The room was space with a serene view. The breakfast buffet was also well equipped with a variety of options and drinks.

Beautiful view but the hotel felt dirt.

The view from the hotel was exceptional. We thought the location perfect for our family. It was a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and the hotel did provide a welcome card that allowed you to use the bus to the Old Town as well as may other places including the mall, museums, restaurants etc. The welcome card also provided a ticket to the cable car ride up the mountain.

The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty bad. Besides the hotel room being very outdated, the sheets, towels and bed felt and looked dirty. The sofa bed and chairs upholstery inside the room were tore up with stuffing peeking out. The breakfast was "okay" compared to the breakfasts we have been served at other hotels throughout Europe. I dont believe it was worth the additional costs. At checkout, we left our hotel around 6 Am and the front desk reception was closed~ so I knocked on the door to ask where I could leave hotel key and the staff member and rudely answered the door and pointed outside to an unmarked box . I don't know how they expected anyone to know and the attitude was not appreciated.

Simple and relaxed.

The staff were very friendly. And room was great - It was lovely to have a bath! And the bed was very comfortable. Also we loved the location near the city and ski slopes.

Breakfast was a disappointment sadly, everything was quite stale and unappetising. Some tomatoes, cucumber and fresh eggs would have been nice.

Incredible staff & mountain view

We were super happy with our choice of accommodation as it offered breathtaking mountain views every morning. The staff was exceptional, with the owner being very hospitable and easy-going. Vincent at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and went the extra mile to assist with carrying our luggage to our room (bonus points!). Javier from the kitchen staff was also very attentive and friendly, ensuring all guests were taken care of. The location was ideal for us, as it was only a 10-minute bus ride to the Patscherkofel ski resort and a convenient 20-25 minute bus ride to the city center. Additionally, they are planning to update the property and will soon be providing more modern amenities. We look forward to visiting again in the future. As a side note, it would be great if they could also provide more vegan options for breakfast.

could not open the door to the balcony as bed was in the way. breakfast staff was unfriendly and had to wait for milk until 7:30 (even though breakfast starts at 7)
