Want to return!

Views were amazing - we were in the family penthouse - 2 nice big rooms. The staff were all really wonderful. The manager was exceptional - let us use his phone as a hotspot while he attempted to fix our WiFi router. Breakfast was a great selection. The restaurant generally was great. Really convenient getting from the hotel into Innsbruck on free (card from the hotel) public trams that go up and down the mountain. The stop was right near the hotel. The only improvement would be guest laundry facilities. And a kitchen sink. There was plenty of space in the apartment which could be used. Great bathtub! Two toilets.

Exceptional breakfast

EXCEPTIONAL breakfast. Absolutely a must have and you can tell they care about it. The rooms were nice with big showers and bathrooms (the doors to the bathrooms were seethrough though…)

Had to park down the road as they have events frequently and parking fills up. The location smells like… a farm? You must open the windows at night to sleep (no bug screens and no AC) but when you do, it smells VERY heavily of manure. The street outside is also loud so bring ear plugs.

Gorgeous place at the Alps

Amazing view from the studio room, you actually have a clear view of the Alps! Breakfast was very good, lots of options and tasty

1. No A/C. If you come when it's too hot, good luck for you 2. Parking can be very tight, especially if there is a wedding at the hotel

Very nice, but short stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, with all the amenities, and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. No problems to store bikes in a locked space.

Everything was very good and nice. Cycling uphill to the hotel can be a bit of a challenge for tired cyclists, but it's worth taking on, because the hotel is great and views are very nice :)

Great views with great service

Staff were excellent. Views from the rooms were fantastic. Breakfast was nice. Parking and getting to hotel were east and with the passes for public transport it was easy to get into Innsbruck without the hassle of finding a parking spot etc. Dinner was very nice and we enjoyed eating dinner in the hotel two evenings.

The mattress were way too hard. Even I am a person who use hard mattresses(H4) this mattress was not comfortable at all. We really enjoyed the stay but because we could not really sleep unfortunately next time we should. Choose another location.

Great place to stay - and we’re old and travel a lot.

Wonderful location, great views, convenient to Strassenbahn (20 mins to Innsbruck old town). Excellent facilities in all ways. Serves excellent choices at breakfast and v. good dinners. Clean and v. comfortable. We’ll stay there again.

Wish I could have been there longer!!

you open your window curtains and there is the Alps right in front of your eyes, humbling you down and yet the majesty of the miracle mountains. The best part is when you take the STB tram to get to the hotel and get down at the mutters station. One of the best tram rides I have ever had in any part of the world as it goes through meadows, mountains and tunnels , up from the city into an elevation of 900 metres above sea level.

Loud music, drunk people and cigarettes smoke

Only the staff, they were kind and very respectful

So as others stated, weekends they have wedding parties, so at night you hear loud music, drunk people who smoke under your windows, staff does not guide or manage them. You essentially book in a very silent city the loudest hotel you can find, also to add to the irony there is no A/C in the room so you’re forced to open windows smell cigarettes smoke and hear drunk people shouting all night. Definitely do not recommend.

Over expectation, well furnished, comfortable, clean, helpful staff.

It is new and clean, nice view from balcony and well furnished. We have been given the entire floor direct from lift which is a pleasant surprise 😁😍

Pleasant but with niggles

Nice and polite staff, well managed and run place, very clean, good views if you get a room on the right side (must check this though). Breakfast is copious and tasty, and the restaurant has good service. The wellness facility is a bonus but note that it's a ''no textile'' policy. The tram stop is nearby for regular runs to Innsbruck. Not much to see or do in the village, but hiking or skiing I guess in the winter. Staying at the hotel for two or more nights you get a free card for the public transport which is handy. Parking is free which is rare.

Only real complaint is the current fashion for non-opaque doors to the toilet and bathroom - it doesn't matter how well you know someone, it's not a treat to have to see them on the toilet in the room. It's a major design no no for me. Secondly I know TV is not the point, but I do find it rough when hotels in tourist areas don't even subscribe to the main news channels in English - it feels cheap, and these are not cheap rooms. Finally, the hotel wifi was rather weak which got a bit annoying, and our room safe was broken.

Wonderful wellness hotel near Innsbruck

Clean spacy room, good restaurant, friendly stuff. Everythis was new! Healthy breakfast with fresh berries and fruit.

Spa had no pool, steam bath was not on. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great stay close to Innsbruck

Very nice view and very baby friendly. One evening they hosted a wedding and they gave us a room where we could not be bothered by the sound. Another big plus is the breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits).

Still very satisfied. Very nice restaurant and staff there.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and we got a good night sleep. It's a quiet place. Make sure to ask for free pass to public transportations. So you can take the tramway to Innsbruck. The breakfast was excellent. And the restaurant has raisonnable prices. It's like a retreat.

The front desk was not very patient with non German speaking customers ( we are french). He got impatient. The bathroom has a great design but the sink overflows easily because of the design.

Pleasant

Restaurant, breakfast and the restaurant staff top level, also i asked for a surprise in my room for my girlfriend's birthday and was totally great .

Every morning at 7.30 am workers with drill under our room was pretty annoying. So much unespected noise. Also in the afternoon, there was no way to put our baby to sleep. Then, one of the main reasons I decided to came in this hotel was the wellness so having massages, but there was no pool (probably my fault, I should have looked better before booking) but anyway they had only one therapist, we booked it for the day after, she called in sick one hour before our turn and we werent able to book any other in our whole stay. Receptionist asked me sorry, surely was not her fault but that was too bad for me, considering that i booked even if i knew it was raining for 3 days, just because of the possibility to relax and do massages. Last night we had dinner at the restaurant and after one hour they called us on the room phone (waking up my 8 months baby, again) asking me if i wanted to have dinner.. then ask me sorry. the morning after, people with drill at 7.30 again.. And during the check out none of this was noticed by the guy at the reception, not even a word of sorry or whatever. Actually the guy gave me one bill with 2 massages on it, he didnt even know that we didnt have them and the therapist was sick. I usually avoid complains and I dont want any discount so I just payed my bill and went away. Too bad because i think hotel is great but these details made me think they could probably pay more attention to their guests (for example, not renting one room right above people with drill at 7.30 am). That is why if you ask me, my staying was "pleasant", not much more

Just 2 things: 1) There is a farm right across the street, so it smells like horse sh*t All The Time. There is no AC in the room, so one has to open windows to get some air. But this air smells like a horse sh*t. 2) Bathroom is separated from the main room by transparent glass wall with tinted middle part. Lack of privacy. When someone goes to toilet at night, the whole room lights up.

Comfortable and convenient stay.

Friendly staff. The room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was great. The tram leading to Innsbruck city was very convenient. Beautiful location. Parking on site.

The pull out couch / sofa bed was very squeaky. The corridor in front of the room was alway very noisy (the sound echoes) and the two big doors on either side of our room leading to the other rooms was very loud when they closed (slam shut). I would recommend sound reducing panels in the corridor and soft closing doors.

if you stay in family room and you sleep on sofa bed in the living room, you may hear the elevator. however I think at night the staff closed that elevator so I slept well. good organized

A very satisfying stay in a spectacular location

Spectacular location. Spacious room, with a fabulous restaurant, great breakfast. A real gem, and just a few minutes away from Innsbruck by car/bus/tram.

a nice place to escape from the city life. better to come in summer or winter. fully of outdoor activities

meals at Meis were great. recommend the Burger there and the Ravioli also good. they have different kinds of cuisine from Asia to Europe. the View was great. if it’s a good weather, you can see the town and Mountain View! breathtaking.

the bed for four people is a bit uncomfortable especially for the sofa bed, I can feel the spring …
