nice traditional gasthouse for a short stay. A little way out of town but well connected.

It was one of the cheapest hotels we could find in Innsbruck, which was fine but had flaws.

The staff is very friendly. During breakfast they worked hard to keep everything stocked. You’re just outside the city centre, but with the welcome card you receive if you stay 2 nights or longer public transport is free (Not that they check anyways).

Our bedsheets felt like they weren’t fresh. There was a stain on there and the sheets didn’t get refreshed even once in all the 6 days that we were there. It just made us feel like the sheets are dirty and not sure if they get cleaned inbetween. They just made the bed and that was it. The warmer blanket did quite smell and also had stains on there, which also confirms our belief. The room sometimes smelled like smoke, because we were just next to the smoking area. And the pillows gave 0 support. It was like folding a t-shirt and that was supposed to be your pillow. I don’t think I’ve ever had worse pillows than that in an hotel. We didn’t notice a lot of sound from the outside (we were there at new years), but anything happing in the hallways you could hear very loudly. All in all, we went for the most budget friendly hotel we could find at the time, but it kinda showed.

Great return visit to Gasthof Dollinger.

Very nice room and lovely breakfast. Staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Walls are a little on the thin side and folks should know that the hotel is located quite away outside of central Innsbruck- about a half hour walk.

Great value for money, calm area with own chill beer garden

Room was really clean, air-conditioned, comfy bed. Receptionest friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good enough. The place has a nice beergarden to chill. Location is great too, its quite calm there, near Alpen Zoo and its easy to reach center by bus. And parking was free. We were very happy with our stay.

Just a short stroll into the older parts of Innsbruck. Very friendly staff and Tomas’s house wine, which he blends himself, was a nice touch.

Great hotel. Helpful staff. Relatively close to the wilderness.

Staff were helpful. Restaurant and breakfast buffet was great. In a quiet area across the river away from the busy town yet still close enough to the very efficient public transport system.

The rooms were too warm but not unbearable.

The room was cozy and spacious. The room had air conditioning and a view of the city and the mountains. The windows were openable.

Good location and comfortable accommodation

The location was fantastic. 3 bus stops with in 5 minutes walk. Including the local bus to Swarovski museum. Views from the windows were lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Staff amazing. They all spoke at least two languages and easily switched from one to another. The bar and restaurant were very good. Food lovely and plenty of choice of drnks. The beer garden was very comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were large and bathrooms great. Big enough but not too big. No noise from outside or from with in. Air-conditioning great. Windows that open is fantastic.

Unfortunately the pillows are very uncomfortable. But that has been all over Europe. The bottom sheet was a bit scratchy.

The room and the hotel were cosy. Good variety for breakfast. There's a bus stop in 3 min. Friendly staff.

For 15€ a night for a dog I'd expect at least water bowl in a room. That would be nice.

I've had room at the attic. I couldn't open a window because there were hornets flying around (which are quite dangerous, and I'm allergic to it). Using some protective mesh at the window would be helpful.

Very Quaint stay in amazing setting.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly, room had great view. Room comfortable and good size, restaurant food was good but way too large portions (some would not be bothered about that). Ideal out of town setting on river and nice walk into town along quiet safe streets. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Traffic noise was bad as we were on front but we had a nice view so it was a case of what you want more and we wanted view. Traffic noise easy solved by shutting windows but then room became too hot so again catch 22. When we left window open the problem was guests were coming outside to smoke and the smoke was drifting upwards into our room which was not pleasant along with the loud chatting. I would recommend that guests be told not to smoke outside the hotel entrance and move to garden area metres away. We were on the 2nd floor and the smoke was still a problem. Another thing was that we didn't dislike the bar area but both here and the restaurant areas would benefit from some more subtle lighting as these areas were too bright for a cosy atmosphere. Also some more comfortable furniture would be nice, I have a bad back and the wooden seats only had very thin cushions on thus uncomfortable in the bar.

A lovely stay!

All pre-arrival communication with Helena was helpful and prompt. I requested a 'quiet' room in the context of understanding they are located on a road and they did so by placing on the back side with a minor road which is minimal noise. All staff were extremely friendly including Helena who greeted us on arrival the waiter from The Gambia in the restaurant. Lovely spacious room, great breakfast and the hotel restaurant served reasonable-priced and tasty food. Bus stop close by and/or a pleasant walk into town.

Nice and a quick BB stay in the trip to the Italy.

A very nice location, near the city center of Innsbruck. A car park just behind the main hotel building.

A total price, in my opinion was little too high.
