Great stay

Great location, walking distance to the old city and a station opposite hotel which takes you all the way to the top of the mountains. Also supermarket is just few steps away from the hotel. Rooms tidy, people on reception are very helpful. Nice bar next to reception. Gym availavle 24/7. Sauna and steam room is lovely as well. Great family breake. Hotel provides a welcome card for 2 nigjts + stay which gives you free access to all public transport and discounts on other activities.

We loved Innsbruck, would stay at Congress again

This property was an easy walk to the Christmas markets, the funicular and had a supermarket next door.

There were not a lot of restaurants or cafes near by.

Very comfy room, good size, tea and coffee facilities in room. Hairdryer that had some ooomph behind it. Comfortable bed

Location was good for the places we were interested in visiting.

The room was very dusty, window sills, table. Floor not cleaned during our 3 night stay. Only one chair in the room despite it having Mountain View and it was a bit rickety.

Value for Money, Quiet location with mountain view

Good hotel, Value for money spent vs the room and bathroom size. Had a mountain view. Breakfast had same items but freshly cooked and well equiped. Just outside the hotel there is a bus stop, you can take the bus for innsbruck central station . Downtown is about 15 mins of walk by riverside and park which feels amazing. Opposite to the hotel you have cable car station that takes you to the zoo and Top of innsbruck . Thanks to bartender Shehrat who arranged our dinner for the first night as we reached late.

Only observation is Room service needs to knock and wait for answer before directly opening the door and ask for cleaning.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb and good value at the discounted rate nearer arrival date. Communication was good. Room very large. Shower good. Nice view of the garden.

Excellent room, friendly staff and warm welcome upon arrival. Location and proximity to the altstadt are excellent. A very walkable area and rental bikes available out front. Very good breakfast, although I thing the 24€/person is a bit expensive...

Convenient Location, Could have been Cleaner.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the Löwenhaus station to go up to the Top of Innsbruck (Nordkette) and there was a grocery store next door. Additionally, it was a short 10 minute walk to the main Altstadt area.

We were not pleased that dirty hand towels and drinking cups were set out in the bathroom when we arrived. The parking garage was expensive at 18€ per night.

There is nothing to complain about. It's an excellent option to stay for several days.

A nice location by the river and a lovely neighbourhood around the hotel. There is a lot of greenery nearby and you can observe the best mountain view out of the window. The room was clean and had all you needed to spend a dew days with comfort. Great breakfast.

Superb

The hotel is located in a really good area. It’s not far from the cable car for Nordkette and the bus to Swarovski Kristallwelt and just a short stroll from the city. The room is quite big. They provided the table for work and another set of sofas. Bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not bad. The staff are nice.

This hotel provides welcome card for those who stay at least two nights so you can travel in the city but the check-in time is 15.00 and I think that it’s a waste of one-day that we could use the transportation.
