Location is very good, the room is very confortable, personal is very kind and breakfast very complete!

The hotel has an excellent central location, within easy walking distance of the historic city centre, the cable car station and the train station. The bus to Stubai Glacier also stops very close to the hotel, which is particularly convenient if you are planning a day trip to the glacier. During our stay, we also received a public transport pass covering the entire stay, which was a great added benefit. We used it to visit the castle without having to worry about additional transport costs. The food was good quality, although the selection was not particularly varied. The reception is open until 9 PM, and there is a separate entrance to the hotel after that time. This was not an inconvenience for us, as the system was easy enough to use. Overall, a very conveniently located hotel, especially for exploring Innsbruck and getting around the surrounding area.

The rooms were clean, but they do feel somewhat dated. The furniture and overall design have an older feel, and the rooms would benefit from an upgrade and some modernisation.

Alex- the check inn staff was exceptionally helpful. He saw I was checking in late with 2 kids, rain falling and I had a car to get rid off same evening. He made everything possible by offering me their garage for short span soo I could sort my room, dinner and kids. Even the check out lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. The location is perfect, close to both the train station and the city center; the staff all speak English and other languages apart from German (not usual in Austria for what we've seen); the buffet is rich and can accomodate also vegans and people who eat gluten free; everything is squeaky clean. It's a 3-star hotel but it definitely should be a 4- star!
