AVOID while construction works are ongoing

Good location near train station and airport bus stop

Air conditioning turned off during the winter but rooms are very stuffy. Can’t open windows overnight due to generator noise from construction site opposite hotel and smell of exhaust fumes in room.

Provided a great stay, could easily have stayed longer.

Only used for an overnight stay whilst travelling, and could have stayed longer. Comfortable room with opening window to get some fresh air and views of surrounding mountains. Included breakfast was a great way to start the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to main train station and markets in town.

Pillows in room very soft. Having a firm and a soft option would be good.

Great hotel with friendly staff.

The room was fantastic, very spacious. Excellent shower! The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was also very good. The hotel has character and history. Amazing view of the mountains from the lift. Staff were very helpful and took time to help.

All ok; missed opportunities in the details

- room very clean and quiet - nice choice of breakfast - service and cleaning staff very friendly - conveniently located

More as general feedback to the hotel: as a 4-star hotel, I think there could be a little bit more attention to the details. Mainly the reception staff could do a little bit better in my opinion/experience. - At time of check-in I was not given/offered the Innsbruck Welcome Card (which gives discounts/advantages while exploring in the region, if you stay 2/3 nights). Only on my last day I was offered it when I inquired with Reception staff about tickets for Nordkette. - As an international visitor, one does not always know about local holidays etc (and what its impact could be eg. special events, open/closed museums) . At check-in, nor any other time later, did the Hotel advice that the Austrian national holiday was happening during my stay, which feels like a missed opportunity. (In contrast, it was appreciated that the Hotel informed its guests of the clock changes happening that weekend, eg. summer vs winter time.) - It was my birthday while I was staying at the hotel, and I was a solo traveler. It went completely unnoticed by the Hotel. As a 4-star hotel, it could be so easy to pay that little extra attention to the guests. - Upon check out, I was not asked the usual whether I enjoyed my stay. If they had, I would have given this feedback in person.. :)

A lovely little place to rest your head.

Great little hotel. It has a wonderful restaurant. It is located close to the city center but sits out of the fray, so it is quiet and comfortable and felt very safe. My room was simple but had all the things one might need. Everything was very clean. I found it to be a great value for the price.

One of the best affordable hotels in Innsbruck

Perfect location, friendly staff, AMAZING breakfast - lots of options, and very nice, clean rooms.

We didn't like how low the pillows were, even though we folded them in the middle. The couch also wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but the bed is okay.

Insbruck is a nicer city than many think!

It was at a great location, although construction was going on in the surrounding area. Room was quite large and well appointed. Breakfast had a great variety with good cold cuts. Breads were superb.

Internet could have been a bit faster.

In room air conditioning that worked well! Friendly staff. Great location, few minutes walk to old town. Decent sized room. Can and must reserve parking in advance - very useful.

Very few amenities in the room. No tea or coffee. No slippers, just very bare. Not that great value for the price charged. Breakfast choice was limited.

Play room near reception is very handy, breakfast was good and the separate bedroom for the kids was perfect for us. Shower was decent too.

Downstairs communal areas had clearly had money spent on them and been renovated recently to a high standard. Hopefully they will get round to the rooms too as they could do with a lift.

Comfortable hotel in convention location

Location near the station and public transport pass was very useful to explore the area. We ate in the garden restaurant in the evening. The room was comfortable with good sound insulation.

The breakfast was disappointing, not great selection and wasn’t replenished.

Amazing hotel at a great location

We got a room with enough space for the suitcase and generally great quality and amazing location. Tip: there's a good breakfast cafe on the corner: Boop cafe.

The air conditioning was on a timer. After 3 hours or so it switched to 22 degrees C, which was annoying in the summer.

Very nice stay!

The room was as expected. We had a glass bathroom but there was a door and curtain to keep privacy between the two rooms. The price was very good value. It was clean and space was descent. Breakfast was very good.

A really nice place to stay in Innsbruck.

A really old and nice hotel with a mix of traditional and modern interiors. Double room was quite spacious. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I was able to check-in a bit earlier which, apparently, is not a given in Austria.

Pillows are too soft to the extent that I had to sleep on two of those which I never ever do. Shower and WC are located in a glass closet with fully transparent windows which can lead to uncomfortable eye contacts at best and seriously uncomfortable situations in other cases. No kettle in the room.

Very nice, modern furnishings blended in a character building. Air conditioning and windows that open were a plus. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help out. Very centrally located and close to the ÖBB station and many restaurants are nearby.

Peaceful and Comfortable

Room was very comfortable and quiet, and close to railway station. While hotel could not provide laundry services a laundromat was just around the corner. Breakfast met our needs.

When showering, the shower recess door allowed excessive water to seep into main vanity area.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was lots of storage room and the air conditioning was great. The location in proximity to the train station was perfect. The staff was very friendly!
