The staff are excellent. We experienced a warm welcome and friendly and helpful assistance diring our entire stay of 5 nights.The room was tastefully contemporary and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety on both the menu and the buffet.

Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer.

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the old city, close to everything. We had a very spacious clean room with lots of character on the top floor. A sofa made it extra cozy. The bed was super comfortable. We would hear church bell and see the mountains from the window which was priceless. The staff is very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. One of the most memorable hotels we have ever stayed anywhere. Can't wait to go back!!!
