Great location, excellent staff, very clean, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Fabulous location, walking distance to train station, town centre, ski jump etc. Very helpful and kind staff, good breakfast selection.

Minor, and appreciate that every one has different preferences so impossible to please all, but the bed was a little hard. It was supportive, but maybe a mattress topper would make a difference but definitely not a deal breaker.

Great, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was really convenient and a 10-minute walk to the old city, 20 minutes from the Bergisel ski jump. Good transport links to the airport and the use of the sightseeing buses.

Minor point, there were no tea-making facilities in the room, although you can rent this facility out from reception.

I would rate it as an average hotel. I won't rate it more than 7.

The location is good. The hotel is close to the city center.

The hotel staff was not very cooperative or friendly. The room had no accessories of any kind. They didn't even have an iron for pressing clothes. The next day, they accommodated a large Spanish group, which made the breakfast place too crowded.

The location was great, very central.

Limited views considering the amazing views available in the city (at least from our room) — and the prices are inflated (Breakfast costs over €20). But I guess that is true for all of Innsbruck and Tyrol

Excellent location, friendly staff and good value for money

The staff's friendliness and helpfulness, even though they aren't available 24/7 (there's no night porter service). The building central location, close to the city center and several public transportation stops.

The selection of sweet items at breakfast was limited. The 7:30 start time is a bit of a problem for business travellers or for scheduling early activities. There was no bidet in the bathroom.

No shower curtain, took 2 days to get fixed, forgot to do cleaning service, no A/C, simple breakfast not worth 22 euros per person. Very dated property.

Wonderful location and lovely old building

Fabulous building, great location, clean rooms

Room was a little small and a little more sparse than the ones advertised (which looked incredibly nice but must have been executive suite or something). The court building that you see from the room is about the ugliest building ever and an abomination in a city so pretty but obvs not the hotel‘s fault ;)

We enjoyed our stay in Innsbruck and the Hotel Neue Post was a perfect place for us to stay.

We had a spacious corner room that was very quiet. We loved the breakfast which included many delicious choices every morning.

I always feel better knowing the hotel has front desk staff 24 hours, so I would have liked this.

Clean, Easy access, Windows you can open fully

- Charged me extra €25 for upper floor room with a BETTER view, few days before arrival. When I self checked in it was a lowest floor room. Not a good view at all. 3 out of 10 for the view. They didn’t needed to charge me extra if they cant give me what promised. When I asked said system error/fully booked etc excuses. - No kettle or tea/coffee in the room - No wifi in the room (we were in a corner room) - Very expensive - lot of walking noise from neighbouring rooms. Not going to stay at this hotel again.

Innsbruck is a great place to visit

Lovely room with balcony. Great view from the balcony. Decent breakfast. The room was spacious & the bathroom was good. The lady in charge of reception ‘ Partritice’ was very friendly & helpful.

Nothing to dislike but maybe a vending machine in the entrance area would benefit the guests as reception closes @ 19.00

A decent budget hotel

Great location near city center and downtown but not in the middle of night-life noise. Spacious room with comfy beds. Generally clean and quiet. There is an elevator. Offers storage room for early arrivals or late departures. A decent hotel overall which I can recommend if you are on a tighter budget (Innsbruck is expensive in general).

Design, furnishing and bathroom feels old and will need a renovation soon. No sockets near bed to charge devices at night. A bare minimum equipment in the room: no kettle to make tea, no mini-bar or fridge, no bottle opener, just two small glasses were provided. Apparently, there is a cart on each floor with one kettle, two cups and two wine glasses which can be used by guests but they looked as if that cart was temporarily parked before being brought to some luxury suite. I went down to ask for tea and ended buying it for EUR 4 instead of being offered to use kettle. Restaurant accepts cards only from EUR 20 and up. Check-in strictly from 2 p.m. and I felt unwelcome when arrived at 1:40. Lady at the reception suggested to drop the luggage and take a walk instead of offering a seat in the lounge and checking if room would be already available. Bizarre self check-in/check-out system even when there is staff available in the reception during the day time.

The location and the room are excellent, but the lack of WiFi in the room is a significant drawback

We had a spacious room with tall ceilings and three windows with a nice view and a big bed. It was quiet outside, allowing us to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, and it's a short walk from a main train station.

WiFi did not reach our room, and there aren't any power outlets near the bed for charging your phone on the nightstand. The mattress was quite firm for me.

Nice hotel close to the city centre

Very nice hotel 7 mins leisurely walk from the centre. Parking more or less across the street for 15€ pr. 24 hours. The room was large enough and the check-in was very smooth. Also, when you use your card in the elevator it automatically presses the floor button which was just amazing.

For the price breakfast should be included.

Charming and well-located.

Great location, easily walkable from train station and to Altstadt/pedestrian zone as well as the river. Loads of charm. Great breakfast! No problem storing luggage there after checkout.

With no air-conditioning or apparent ventilation system, it was difficult to sleep during the extreme heat. Wish we had been offered a portable fan when we checked in (we learned they were available when we checked out).

Hidden gem in the city center

Great location, convenient to train and city center. Very well run - professional staff. Beautiful classic building with a lift, nicely updated room. Secure bike storage room, and they offered me a floor pump to top up my tires!

A little noisy from major street, 20 euro breakfast with no GF options or knowledge on that.

the location was really good and the parking building across the road was very convenient (but it costs €15 per 24 hours). the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I didn't really interact with the staff there because of the contactless check in system so I can't comment on that.

I think calling it a four star hotel might be a bit generous, more like a 3 star due to the wear and tear on the room and lack of AC
