AC Hotel by Marriott Innsbruck

The location is very good - between railway station and old town. The room was spacious and two single beds were really wide. Room was always clean, it had lots of necessary things.

First of all, the building is quite old. Even though it was renovated, you can feel some things are not up to standard. The toilet was not good enough because you had to flush it several times. The sound isolation from the corridor was quite bad - you could hear people talking and smashing doors. Could've been two bed tables instead of one shared between us. Key cards from the room were not working maybe 3 times, so I always had to go to change it. And 4 star hotel does not leave complimentary water. Such a small but important thing, especially during hot summer. In the lobby there was only some water with lemons, nothing more. I'd say, the hotel isn't worth money since many 3 star hotels are better.

Great location, exceptional breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious room, good fitness centre.

Like all Marriotts does what it says on the tin from a clean comfortable stay.

I’ve stayed i Marriott worldwide and have never been shamed for being a backpacker before and yes I can bloody afford it If insult wasn’t enough housekeeping woke us up on the last day at 0815 to ask if we wanted our room serviced -my daughter politely pointed out we were checking out . No lie in for us on our busy schedule -this was meant to be out down day but clearly Marriott wanted us out and gone as soon as possible So annoyed
