Like all Marriotts does what it says on the tin from a clean comfortable stay.

I’ve stayed i Marriott worldwide and have never been shamed for being a backpacker before and yes I can bloody afford it If insult wasn’t enough housekeeping woke us up on the last day at 0815 to ask if we wanted our room serviced -my daughter politely pointed out we were checking out . No lie in for us on our busy schedule -this was meant to be out down day but clearly Marriott wanted us out and gone as soon as possible So annoyed

Superbly located and easy to roam around and get transport. Nice breakfast and hotel room was big enough.

The reception staff could be more helpful. There was a lady at the desk who wasn’t nice in handling the customers. I made a booking via booking.com and booked the superior room with the view. And i was given a room with no view or my view was obstructed by the other building. When i asked the lady at the reception, she started giving me lame excuses that we don’t consider the requests as these bookings are made by booking.com and tried to play smart by downgrading my room and gave me some other option for the view. She was clearly not helping and actually made it difficult for me to stay.

We did not eat breakfast at the property. The room had great natural light, a fantastic view, and was bigger than expected. We only stayed 1 night but would have been happy to stay longer. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

The exercise area was in an interior room. It would be great if the exercise room had a view. Our hotel in Vienna had the exercise room on the top floor, with large windows and a great view. That always makes the treadmill workouts more enjoyable.

Nice visit but won’t again!

The location is a bit close to the main street of Mariathersea . The hotel receptionist was helpful when we had a problem with one of the rooms. The view of our rooms at the mountains and city was great. Thanks To Sara who checked us to the breakfast area and Belinda who showed us our table with a big smile, and the other young lady with curly hair. The room size was ok.

The main entrance of the hotel was not easy to spot . The elevators in the morning were difficult to catch . The laundry was difficult to communicate with and were not friendly when we asked for our laundry and missing items (knocking strongly at the door ) Finally in the breakfast area we had an incident with one of the waitress (EMILY) who had an attitude and was impolite when we asked for tea. She was talking sharply and arguing and putting the pot on the table with anger ! We complained the manager , but we don’t know what happened later .

Good location walkable to the tram, Old Town, and the train station. Clean, spacious room. We lucked out with a twelfth floor room with fantastic mountain views.

No real problems. We did have to wait until the 3:00 pm check in to get our room, but that was the rule.

Very nice hotel in a great location close to the old town with fantastic views.

Great property close to the train station and the old town, with fantastic views of the Alps. Excellent choice of food at breakfast in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Everything except the access to the hotel by car.

It was difficult for me to find the entrance of the hotel with my car and to stop there for a few minutes to take off our luggage out of the car. The public parking is close and with easy access to the rooms.
