A clean and comfortable hotel, but located a bit outside the city center and lacking amenities or standout features, res

The room was clean and comfortable. Online check-in and check-out were convenient and smooth.

For a 4-star hotel, the lack of amenities was disappointing: no bathrobes or slippers despite having a spa, no in-room toiletries, and no Wi-Fi provided, even though a network was visible. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special, and the very limited staff interaction made the stay feel impersonal.

Noce good hotel for short stay

The location is on the outskirts of the Innsbruck city. Free car parking with lots of available spots. Room was minimal but good for short stay. Balcony with mountain view was really refreshing.

Breakfast options were limited. Not much vegetarian options. Can be improved.

Wayyy overpriced

The staff was nice. The room was quite clean.

The smell around the hotel was awful. The price/value ratio is very poor. Other customers let their kids run around the hallways yelling and screaming 8am for 30min. The food in the restaurant didn't have any flavour. The waiter was nice though.

Nice and cozy, but baby bed needs attention

Very nice hotel with nice staff, even though located in quite busy area with many shops and very close to bus stop, the bus goes directly to the airport. Despite it is not in nature-ish area, you still have view from the window to the mountains and it is quiet in the room. The only minus was baby bed. So as I travelled with my child I asked for the baby bed. They provided it but it was quite old, with saggy bottom and with broken zip, so I had to put the side with "open hole" very close to the wall, otherway there was risk the child could occasionally roll out of the bed, and the hole could not be closed because the zip was broken. However as I said I solved the problem in relatively easy way. However if there is no need in baby bed, all other moments are pretty decent. I am grateful to the staff for the hospitality, tasty breakfasts and my birthday cake :-)

The location is closer to a big mall if you want to make some shoping. In front of the hotel is a buss station how can go to old town and make 23min. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was big. The breakfast was good, they have some options and it was the same every day. The parking was free, but have a lot of slots for Tesla charger and if you came in the nights. Maybe don`t find a free slot.

Super friendly team throughout the hotel (at breakfast, at reception, cleaning staff, etc)

Wifi was a little slow on the first half of my stay - I was traveling for work so this mattered. However it did improve for the rest of the stay, so perhaps was just an off event

Exceptional

Warm and welcoming staff. Very helpful for non German speakers. Bus stop to downtown Innsbruck was right outside the door. Easy! Room was very comfortable. Well located and easy to reach from freeway. Gas stations and shopping nearby. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Lots of delicious options. We would return to this hotel any time.
