Good location , very friendly staff. Breakfast was good .
I did nit like the bright light in the room. And that there is no cozy bar or place to sit after 19:00

Hotel is very good. The room is very comfortable and has a lot of space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about the hotel. There is a bus stop close (less than 5 minutes walking) and you can also walk (15 min) to the city center.
The bus stop close by doesnt have that many stops, so sometimes we had to catch another bus that stops 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel

Staff really friendly, localization and amazing breakfast.
Some small repairs are needed, but in a general way ,it is a wonderful place to stay

The room had a nice view and the right amount of beds. The guy who checked us in explained where things were in the city, which was helpful.
A "bed and breakfast" where the breakfast cost an additional 32 euros for an adult and two kids when already paying 180 euros for one night. The hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from the center and 10-15 from the nearest grocery store. We ended up going to the grocery store to buy some sandwich supplies for dinner andwe asked if we could eat in the empty seating area used for breakfast rather than our rooms and the manager said no. Since there was one chair in the room for 3 of us, we had to eat on our beds. Gross. But not as gross as finding hairs on the sheets and pillows. Also, note there are stairs up the entrance and to the rooms and no lift. We had a lot of heavy bags so that was a small but unpleasant bookend to the whole experience.

Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Very small room. Even smaller bathroom. Dark room. Windows looks out on stone wall. Can reach out and touch it.

The view from our room was simply fantastic. The owners of the guesthouse are extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast area is cozy, and the breakfast itself is wonderful — the freshly baked croissants were a special highlight. Everything is prepared with great care and quality.
The room and bathroom were very small and offered limited comfort, with little space to store our luggage.

Great location and easy walk to the alt Stadt area. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had several options and was well presented and tasty. Best of all the customer service was phenomenal by everyone we interacted with!

The property was overlooking river and mountains which was nice. Parking easy. 25 minute nice walk to beautiful Innsbruck town. The manager Gerhad very friendly and helpful.
The stairs are a definite issue. People with mobility issues would not be able to stay. Small bedroom. Towels need to be replaced with better quality (too thin).

The location of this property was fantastic and within walking distance of the town centre. We loved the gorgeous view of the river. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
The only downside was there is no aircon as it’s an older property, however standing fans were supplied which kept us cool enough!

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, rustic old fashioned hotel with a small stream next to it. Very peaceful and quaint.
Bit pricey for the size of the room and facilities. Takes 15 mins to get there from the central station. There is a bus stop nearby but the bus is not very frequent there.

Room for 3 people was a bit small.

Great hotel in Innsbruck with a free parking. Prefect if you're traveling by car. The breakfast buffet was really good, especially the homemade jams. The family running the hotel were super helpful.
Nothing everything was good

Location
Expected rooms to be no smoking, but clearly they were not although staff said that they were. People smoked in the room next to us and the smoke drifted in to our room. Our curtains were very smoky. This impacted my health whilst there. No action was taken to help either clean our room our move us to a room that was not impacted. Clearly rules were not enforced.
The organisation of the room could have been better, making it easier to move around the bed.

the view from the window.
very old room, badly and cheaply decorated - uncomfortable soft mattresses - far too expensive for what it is. very loud street.

It’s a bit far away from the city centre, but we already knew that, and the walk till it is very enjoyable.

Within fairly easy walking distance from the old town, the Landes theater, where we saw an opera, and it was directly on the river, which connects all of the old Innsbruck.

Good size family room with a bonus waterfall feature outside the bathroom window. Staff were very friendly, the hotel had a lot of character and the breakfast was great - there was an incredible selection of tasty homemade preserves. Easy walk into town to see the sights. Great view of town and the river outside our window.
On a main road but truthfully once inside you didn't notice.

The staff are super friendly. It is a family run hotel and you definitely feel it from start to finish. Rooms were basic but functional and good for the price point. Local information was readily available. The breakfast was decent.
The bathroom was a little cramped and the view from room 101 was just a concrete wall supporting the mountain above but otherwise no faults.

15 minutes from the centre on foot. Although located on a busy street, it is calm at night. Nice view on the river Inn and the Alps. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made us fell welcome and glad we were there.
Place is within easy walking of the Old Town, but far enough out to be quiet.
Hotel is built into the mountain and faces the Inn River. Our room was directly up from the road, yet still quiet.
No markets near by, so get anything you need while out.
Better shades or curtains to block the outside lighting. Seems petty to mention, but my only complaint.

The location was excellent, 23min walk to old town, golden dachl, and Maria Theresa Plaza. Breakfast was more than adequate, staff friendly and helpful, all spoke English well enough. Interesting building.
Room was a bit small but fine. Walking to old town requires crossing a busy two lane road, but not difficult, then at least 100 yards on a narrow sidewalk, but then to a covered bridge over the Inns river to a walking path to town.

Comfy bed, friendly staff. Innsbruck freedom pass was an unexpected and welcome addition which was very useful and was included free.
View of the river not great. Breakfast a bit basic, glad it was included in the room rate, would not have wanted to pay extra for it.

My husband and I found the B&B Hotel Heimgartl exceptional as with the staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The father and two daughters running the hotel were fantastic. Always very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river.
My only small advice is to be careful with the parking facilities. There isn't much room and in the slow zone, the drivers do not drive slowly.

Quiet and clean.
A fan would make the room much more comfortable.

Close to the city center. Clean and comfort rooms. Absolutely nice staff, clear and helpful answers before arrive, communicative contact for giving possibilities to open doors after normal recepcion work hours.
Because of build this house on the rock one side of windows is looking on the waterfall. It is nice to see, but when you need to open window for fresh air the sound is irritating for long time. But it is good that closed windows are hermetic and the waterfall sound doesn't come inside.

The room is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful. The room had nice views of the Inn river, and mountains. There is a small waterfall adjoining the property.
The windows face a major road, and the noise insulation from cars is inadequate. This is an issue throughout the day, the nights are good.
