Dissappointing stay - beware not as advertised as the photos!

Location was good.

The room wasn’t the one we paid for according to the advert! Beside this, the room was extremely hot, with a radiator above my head, making it hard to sleep. There was no way of turning the radiator off other than turning off the boiler (which affected other guests). Access to our room required walking through another guest’s room, which caused disruption. The toilet also had no sink. When I shared these concerns with the owner afterward, I was questioned about why I hadn’t raised them earlier and then accused of blackmail, despite only trying to give feedback.

A hidden Gem just outside of Innsbruck

Spacious free parking, good restaurant, clean and quiet room/shower with a balcony and mountain-view. Fast WiFi, comfy bed, excellent buffet-breakfast, good location in the center of the village with many opportunities for either walking or trekking nearby.

We liked that it's clean and the location. The breakfast was good, too.

It's a 3 Star hotel but there was no water kettle inside for making a cup of tea or a coffee and no fridge. The worst was that while I was sleeping in the morning, the cleaning ladies came inside the room without knocking the door. My husband was in the toilet. I am pregnant and i needed more rest. There are no signs "do not disturb" in the rooms to put outside the door so we just locked it twice. The cleaning ladies just unlocked the door, came in saw me on the bed said "oh" and left. The next day we discussed it with the owners and there was no apology from their side. The guy said "don't make a big deal" and his wife was saying to him to not discuss it further so that we leave. Such a bad experience, such a bad customer support. The rooms are overpriced for what they offer. Normally outside booking they would ask us to pay 130 euros per night. This is the price that was written on the door. (65 euros per person per night). No privacy!! If my husband and i were on a private moment the cleaning ladies would have seen us. The poor customer support made it worse!!!

Lovely

Lovely location and beautiful view. The staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs each night and all the food was really good, as was the breakfast. Thank you for the stay!

Perfectly good hotel with adjoining restaurant

Hotel as annex to bar/restaurant. Good spacious room with good size bathroom. We ate dinner at the restaurant and they got my order wrong but remade the right dish and compensated us with a schnapps each! Very friendly staff. Room was cheaper than booked if we paid cash, which we did. Ample parking.

Good transit stop for travelling to/from Italy to/from Germany.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Location only a few minutes drive from the main motorway - so ideal for a transit overnight stop. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The sauna/steam room was not operating which is a shame. We would have liked to "chill" in the wellness area. No kettle in the room for making a cup of tea.
