Great choice for day hikers

* Cosy attic room with a comfortable bed, a balcony, and a view of Nockspitze. Furnished simply but functionally. * Very good and varied breakfast buffet with plenty of both sweet and savoury options. The freshly baked bread was particularly delicious. * Fantastic access to supplies and public transport. SPAR is mere 300m away, and the bus to Innsbruck runs every 15min. There's also a bakery and multiple restaurants nearby. No need to commute for the basics. * A complimentary Innsbruck Welcome Card for the entire duration of stay, providing free access to public transport in the Innsbruck area, stretching as far west as Imst and Kuhtai. That alone saved me some 60 EUR on bus tickets.

Excellent hotel, feels like a family-run bed and breakfast

The hostess and owner, Manuela, is very kind, understanding, and accommodating. We visited Innsbruck last year and stayed here, liking the quiet location in Birgitz, the great breakfast, cleanliness, and charming hotel staff.

A mini fridge and a small safe would be welcome additions to rooms. The staff here are trustworthy, but when traveling abroad, not being able to securely store valuables or extra cash is a little stressful.

Warm staff, safe location with well connected bus to city centre, clean facilities, pleasant scent in the hallway, nice breakfast with plenty of choices.

The filling in the pillow has bunched up due to wear. Hotel was right next to a main road so the room was extremely noisy during the days when windows were open.

Lovely chalet hotel -very welcoming.

Lovely friendly host, comfortable room ,excellent breakfast. Bus stop very close. If you stay 4 nights or more you receive an Innsbruck Welcome card which gives free bus travel and free access to so of the cable cars. Really fantastic!

The road is a little noisy if you have a balcony room -but it was still a great place to stay.

Just wonderful!

Great location for a ski trip. Close to bus. Not far from nearby resorts like Axamer Lizum or Mutters, and also really easy to get bus into Innsbruck city for nightlife. Spar is local and well-stocked but you probably won’t need it because the breakfast is great. We only had dinner at the hotel on our last night but wished we’d discovered it sooner as the food was fab - a mix of salad buffet, soup and a set main, plus dessert (all self serve) for only 15 euros - bargain! Drinks are reasonably priced and there’s an honesty bar if you need anything later. Parking is free. Manuela is a wonderful host and works tirelessly to ensure her guests are looked after and happy and made to feel at home, with little touches like chocolate toffees and board games always available. The steam room, pool and sauna were lovely and also kept very clean (never crowded). There are toboggans available to borrow and a useful room to store ski equipment overnight. Our room (110) was very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable too! Such an easy place to stay… everything about it was convenient and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The friendly staff and comfortable bedroom also nice breakfast room with a personal touch Number of your room on the table each morning. Delicious breakfast hot bacon & eggs + good selection of cereals & bread rolls etc. The frequent bus service with the free Innsbruck pass for travel to and from the hotel & available on the bus and tram network in Innsbruck is very good, From the Hotel to the bus stop is a 3 minute walk, the bus is frequent and takes about 10 minutes and terminates at the bus/train station. To qualify for this bus pass you have to stay a minimum of two nights. Manuela the manager will give you this card on your arrival day and will help you with any queries you may have. You will be well looked after at this very nice hotel.

Lovely hotel, great host and a great location.

The property was in a nice quite location in easy access to public transport in a which was useful to get anywhere. The bus stop was a few minutes away. It was homely, the host was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with fruit salads, lovely breads, yogurts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, other meats…. We stayed there 4 nights, I wish we had stayed there longer!

The breakfast was far over the expectations of a 4* hotel. The room/apartment was very tidy and big with good facilities (TV, bathroom, balcony). Indoor swimming pool and sauna cabinets. Free parking in front of the house and more in 50 m. Free wifi, card for free public transport for guests booked for more than 2 nights. The owner is very kind and helpful. Everything is very clean. The Pension Singer is in a good distance both from the city of Innsbruck and from the neighboring

Wonderful stay near Innsbruck

The location is very nice with a wonderful view. Breakfast was very tasty with good choice. Everything just great. We got an extra pillow when we asked for one. Great bonus is the Welcome card which allowed us to use the bus to Innsbruck and had lot of other extras.

There isn’t much to report. Our balcony was facing the street and it was quite loud but when we closed the window it was fine.

Wi-Fi is very poor, I could barely have any signal in the room. Toilet door gives very little privacy, it's not acceptable that you can see partiality through the glass door and it also does not close very well.

A stunning hotel. A huge room with a sitting area and balcony. Beautiful decor throughout the whole hotel and a beautiful swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with so much choice. Perfect vacation in Tyrol

Untrustworthy accommodation

Accommodation location

I had to pay the city tax in cash and I did not receive any confirmation of payment. Even though the hotel had a payment terminal, I had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw money. Go back to the hotel, pay the city tax and checkout. So the question. The city knows that I paid the accommodation fee. I would like to ask Booking.com to verify the hotel's payment methods and verify the authenticity of the accommodation facility.

Exceptional

It was a great stay! I was pleasantly surprised with the free Innsbruck Welome Card availability upon arrival, I did not know it is available at the place! Sauna is a proper way to relax after the whole day of hiking and the breakfast can satisfy needs of people with taste to different things. Also, so lovely to get breakfast included without any "pay extra for breakfast" that became a norm in many hotels nowadays. The place is very clean - hoovering of rooms and shared places is done daily and windows are opened to let the fresh air in, the staff is very thoriugh, respectful and friendly! So, overall, it is a lovely place for holiday: you are taken care of, everything is provided and you get advice on where is best to hike, eat, etc.

Personally, I am more of a late bird, so I would prefer the breakfast times to be longer (finished at 9:30). However, it is good time for the local tourism schedule, as last cable car goes down at 16:30, so you have to start your day earlier :)

It was a wonderful stay

The location: beautiful views to the mountains, extremely close to the buss station to Innsbruck (10-15 min trip to the very center of Innsbruck). Reaching Innsbruck is very fast, easy and convenient. The schedule of the buses is highly predictable, so you can easily plan your coming and going. Cleanliness: impeccable Room: spacious, comfortable, large balcony. Breakfast: great, a lot of options, quality products. The host: all our requests and questions were addressed with kindness and promptitude. Great value for money!
