Room and Breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised, I thought this place would be a lot worse. Having to walk to another hotel for check-in and breakfast is only mildly inconvenient (it's about 200 metres). The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was quite OK, and there is a pool and sauna that guests can use. The location is perfect for hiking, and the views from each room: amazing.
I really don't understand the low rating score. I'm a frequent traveller and this is definitely an 8.2–8.4 out of 10. Sure, the carpet and the building might be a bit old, but the bathrooms are very new. The quality is absolutely OK for this price range.

The hotel is located in a touristic, very beautiful site in the Alps. The room was very clean and quiet, the staff very friendly.
The WiFi connection from the room was difficult, only possible siting very near the entrance door.

Good location in Götzens. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean.
Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel (where meals were served) that felt straight out of 1960s DDR/East Germany. Plenty of food but middling quality.
