We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, warm, and peaceful, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The view from the window was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of options. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and a grocery store nearby. Additionally, the welcome card was a fantastic touch—offering a wide range of discounts and proving to be genuinely helpful and useful throughout my stay.
The only small downside was the lack of an electric kettle in the room – it would be nice to have one to make coffee or tea.

Good location in Götzens. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean.
Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel (where meals were served) that felt straight out of 1960s DDR/East Germany. Plenty of food but middling quality.
