Overall outdated, average and ok, but would try to find something nicer next time.

It was a good location with mountain views. Staff was nice and helpful. It was easy to walk across and to have breakfast and dinner included since there is not a great choice of other restaurants in the village.

Pool, Sauna outdated, did not use. Hotel seemed deserted with some light fittings just hanging around and the past breakfast room looking abandoned. Also, no heated Ski Room.

Good location but bad breakfast

Room was really and clean. Had an amazing view from my balcony facing the mountains. Parking was free.

Breakfast wasn’t great, the eggs and bacon were placed in separate trays, but oddly shared the same lid, which isn’t ideal for keeping them separate. And for us we wasn’t able to have them because of that reason. Also there was no bread rolls left only brown bread. Even though our breakfast was included we hardly had anything. The coffee taste burnt too.

Dreadful experience.

No one to check-in at the hotel. Told the hotel I was allergic to mould beforehand and the room received on arrival was one of the recently refurbed rooms but it was in another building area to the main hotel. Rooms were not great even though refurbed. I could not stay in this building due to mould and had to leave. Could not contact any hotel staff member until 5pm where they offered me another room in the hotel after waiting for 5 hours. Unfortunately had the same experience and reaction so had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel then only offered a 50% refund so ended up paying hundreds to not even stay in the hotel. Have still to even receive the partial refund.!

The rooms are clean and spacious.The view from balcony is very exciting.

The restaurant is on another building and the food is not so good.Choice of food is very limited. They take the foods return back very quickly when it is 9:15 am. But the breakfast time is from 7 to 10. There is no lift in the hotel.No reception in the hotel where we are staying.

Guy in the front desk of the other hotel (Edelweiss or something like that) was very kind and helpful. he provided a electric heater for my wife. Room was clean and very good! smart tv, bathrooms were clean and renewed. I had a little trouble with the shower because water was too too hot, but I managed in the end to have it a little bit colder (still hot). My room had a balcony with a view to the mountains which was amazing Even when you have to eat breakfast at the other hotel, it is very good, perfect for what we needed to leave in the morning. I read some comments about having to eat breakfast and checking out at the other hotel. for me it was easy. They left and envelope in the reception of this hotel with instructions about breakfast and check out

They did not provide the wifi password so I had to walk to the other hotel for it, no phone for me. Beds were good but pillows could use an upgrade. The hotel seems like abandoned, since the reception and dining areas and kitchen are not used at all

Had a nice and pleasant stay. The uploaded photos I took from the hotel balcony. Amazing views.

Almost everything was very nice, nothing to complain much. Especially I must appreciate the professionalism of the man in the reception, Christov (if I remember the name properly), very very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not up to the mark as there is a room to improve in terms of item selection. The hotel is not too far from the central train station. But it could be difficult for a newcomer to reach to the hotel. Booking.com should allow the hotel authority to explain how the guests can travel from the train station to the hotel in details like, which bus number goes to the hotel from the station. It's a request to Booking.com to not only look at their business but at the same time, look at the convenience of the tourists. Once these information are in hotel description, it becomes very easy and worry-free to travel to the hotel.

Superb

Although, the hotel looks like a bit old, the rooms are renewed and are very comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered a tyrol pass, which you can use tele-cable for free, without extra payment! The breakfast was very good, with a big amount of variety food.
