Just like home!

It was cozy and comfortable from the room to the breakfast and staff. It was decorated like a home and lovely. This was a last minute pick as we were tired from driving but I’d definitely come again. The staff were so friendly and everyone wore smiles. That’s a win in my book!

Quality choice - quiet and peaceful; fab breakfasts and well located for bus into Innsbruck

Lovely view from the room, which was large and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Easy to get the bus into the centre, taking 20-25 mins to the railway station.

Maybe it was the timing of my trip (late-ish Sept), but most of the local Gotzens eateries seemed to be shut.

Characterful, Charming and Traditional Guesthouse

Ideally located just outside Innsbruck - an easy 15 minute bus ride into the middle of the city. This is a very traditional alpine hotel with a quirky style. We were lucky and got a room upgrade to one of the suites on the third floor which was ideal as we had our 17 year old daughter with us, she was happy with her own bedroom and bathroom. The room had a lovely balcony with view out to the mountains. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the breakfast room was lovely with helpful staff keeping everything freshly topped up for guests. Check in was great with helpful advice and efficient organisation of the guest cards which meant we could use local buses and cable cars for no charge. We were also able to use the city bikes for 24 hours, Innsbruck is a lovely place to cycle around as there are plenty of cycle paths and not too much traffic We should also mention the staff who look after the rooms. We loved the way they made the beds with duvet mountains and funny characters made from towels! It really made us smile! We had terrible weather when we stayed, but Alp Art hotel gave us a warm welcome each day!

One improvement to the breakfast would be to not add meat to the scrambled egg every day….meant we could not have it as we are vegetarian. There was plenty of cured meat on the buffet table that guests could help themselves to

It´s not the hotels fault that i´m 2 meters tall, but the bed was a tad short for me. They tried to fix it but the hotel was fully booked.

Location, playroom for the children

Room was a jumble of things, too many and unnecessary things, no space for the luggage. Size very small and we even booked a Junior Suite! Not particularly clean either, I had to wash the tub before using. Jacuzzi was not working. We were a family of 4 and we got just 1 big towel! No black curtains to shade from the light in morning… Not worth the money sadly

Perfect!

Fantastic location in a lovely settlement near to Innsbruck. You can reach the central station & the city center in 20 mins with bus. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a gas station in a few meters, as well as a church. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge, The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and fresh selection. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful & always smiling. I had a pleasant stay.

The wifi connection was lagging several times for a few seconds, but I could live with it.

Close to airport and staff was very friendly. Restaurant Bini beside the hotel was super.

It was not clean at all. Breadcrums in chairs, hair and black things on toilet, mirror dirty, toothpaste on walls and more.... Shower was leaking water, window screen only could be closed partly and some other things need to be repared. Room very noisy. Upstair and beside neighbours you could hear sneezing and talking loudly.

we got an upgrade to junior suite with iut own whirlpool in the room. the relaxing area was nice including a sauna, infrared cabin, water bath. the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh, fresh fruits, homemade smoothies and also vegan friendly. top located to the bus station and many hiking paths starts straight in front of the door.

you couldn't lock the bathroom door, also it didnt close properly

Superb

I was travelling on business and only spent one night at this hotel. Despite that, this small and cozy hotel made me feel like I was in a vacation in the Alps which is really high praise considering how busy my schedule and mind were at the time. The staff was very friendly and overall it was a very charming location to stay in. I was really happy with my choice and it brightened my day. Would definitely recommend.
