A quiet, very friendly, bijou hotel with everything we needed for our stay in the city of Innsbruck

The accommodation is located in a quiet area of Innsbruck but close enough to walk into the city through the parks or catch a nearby bus or tram. The visitor Welcome Card Plus enabled us to travel on any bus or tram in the Innsbruck area and this was a real bonus as the city and countryside are both accessible by these modes of transport. The accommodation was warm, quiet and had everything we needed. Just down the road a 24 hour fresh milk machine was available at the city farm. The reception was open each morning and we particularly benefitted from the friendly advice and information that was freely available. Innsbruck itself is so clean and full of things to see. We went cross country skiing (bus to Kühtai or train to Seefeld), walking in the mountain woods (bus or cable car to Northkette), visited Schloss Ambras (bus), the incredible 200+ year old hand painted Panorama at Bergisel (tram). Also we went on foot to the Hofkirche or Court Church in the old town which houses the wonderful tomb created for Emperor Maximilian - the ‘talk’ before visiting the church should not be missed! There are many places to eat out in Innsbruck at very reasonable prices.

Everything was good - the room was not large but it was perfectly formed and the fridge and kitchen area with a dishwasher made our stay really comfortable as we like to prepare and eat our own breakfasts each morning.

Great little place to stay with modern rooms and kitchenette

Loved this place. Great, helpful and friendly staff, lots of information and maps. Warm, spacious, comfortable room with everything you need, fantastic shower. 3 minutes walk to bus stop for airport bus, 15 minutes to train station. In a quiet area. Free bicycles and access to an off-site sauna.

Noise of footsteps from room or corridor above, but it was tolerable.

A gem in Innsbruck city

Great stay overall. The location is very convenient, with both bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around. They kindly allowed early check-in and also offered luggage storage after checkout, which was a big plus. The front desk staff were super welcoming and shared helpful local and snowboarding tips. There is also a sauna facility on-site, though we didn’t get a chance to try it this time. Would happily stay again.

Rustic charm from the outside, modern an well equipped from the inside!

The hotel building has a rustic tyrolean-style charm, but hat been nicely refurbished. You can reach the city center by foot in about 15 minutes. The rooms are equipped with a little, well equipped kitchen corner.

During the time of our stay (christmas holidays), there was no breakfast served (we of course did not pay for breakfast as well). The room was quite cold, when we arrived.

Fabulous apartment with top notch service

Exceeded our expectation, staff was so friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and kitchenette although small but high quality and have everything we need. Love the underground gym, they also have bikes available to use. The ground floor eating area are also super cozy (they have a chess table too). Love how they have coffee available both in the room and in the eating area. Location is 3 minutes walk to bus stop which runs frequently. also an option to catch the tram (5 min scenic walk!). On top of that, we were also given an extra bed free of charge for one child. Pradl elf made our stay in Innsbruck even more enchanting!

We got the room with loft bed, not great for tall ppl as I'm only 160cm and have to bend down going up and down. And the steps are quite steep as well. Apart from that the only thing we didn't like is that we only got to stay 3 nights there, wish we could stay longer!

Modern and exceptionally clean

it was very exceptionally clean, modern and cozy. Stayed one night so could not experience much, but for sure it is very nice place. Our room had private kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

Quiet, well appointed apartment

Really well laid out room with everything you needed including a kitchen area with Nespresso!. Super- comfortable beds. Staff couldn't be more helpful and communication was great - we were arriving after reception was closed but we were sent a WhatsApp with all the info needed to gain access. Also in a really quiet area. Highly recommended

Exceptional; perfect location, great kitchenette, welcoming, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

The apartment was in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the old town. Good to have onsite parking. Apartment was small studio style, but with kitchenette facilities.

Absolutely amazing hotel in Innsbruck! MUST!

Absolutely amazing room in Pradl district, 10-15 min walk from central railway station and 15-20 minutes from the city centre. Clean, spacious, with a nice kitchenette, fridge and dryer. No air conditioning provided, but room is being cooled by cold water in the walls (or sth like that, some eco-friendly system) + there is a high quality fan in the room. Bathroom is very clean, everything seems to be new and not used yet. There is also large kitchen for everyone next to the reception. I'd defenitely come back there!

Not much around, but quiet, perfectly fine if you're okay with walking to town.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, has a small patio but it was raining so we didn't use it.

About a 20-minute walk from train station and the centre of town. Not a big deal except it rained most of the time. The only staff we saw was when we were checking out, so can't comment on that. There's really nothing in the way of shops or restaurants close by. There was a place across the road called Cafe Billy's, so we thought we'd check it out to see what kind of food they had. Turns out it's not a "cafe" but a neighbourhood bar and your choice of food is either chips or pretzels (or both). On the upside, the barkeep was really friendly, curious to know what a couple of Canucks were doing in his out-of-the-way bar. Even bought us a couple of shots. Turned out to be a nice night, if not a terribly nutritious dinner.

Great, clean and excellent saff hotel

The location was good. It is possible to walk till the center. Room super clean. We have our dog with us and they even prepared the bed and food container for the dog that was surprisingly good gesture. They have small sauna and Gym.

A quirky hotel in a great location. We would definitely stay here again

This is a fun, quirky hotel, in a great location. Real nice city park around the corner on the way to the city. Great pub next door. Restaurants, a shopping mall, and transit a five minute walk through the park and over a gorgeous river. Please note that the bed, although very comfortable, is in a loft up a tight staircase. Not the best for anyone with mobility issues or needs the bathroom during the night. It's a true "flat". If you're ok with that, and we were, this is great place

The sitting area was a little awkward. There was a table and chair, then a flat wooden bench with some pillows. This wouldn't be a place to stay if you're planning on spending too much time in your room. We didn't come to Innsbruck to stay inside so it wasn't a problem

We really enjoyed our stay at 2.4 apartment. It was small but very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to relax. For the price, it was excellent value. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We loved the building and our apartment was modern, large and well equipped. It was quiet and in a great location once we found it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Check in was well organised and easy. We loved the light breakfast which was a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a short stopover and it worked really well. We needed to check-in late and it worked really smoothly. Instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Free coffee in the morning was great!

Our room happened to be next to the front door and so was a little noisy, but not a major problem at all.
