Could have been a lot better… you should inform your guest what to expect when they book!

We had booked a 35 m2 junior suite, partly based on the hotel provided pictures. When we arrived, we had to wait for 2 hours to get our room around 4 pm. The room (510) surprised us. It was split level with a very steep staircase/ladder connecting the small bedroom with the bathroom one floor down. Not what we expected or wanted. A unpleasant surprise. We felt misled. The hotel changed us to a smallish basic room with a view of the staircase…They gave us the money difference back. That was important but we remained disappointed…

Would love to stay again!

I think we may have been upgraded, our room was beautiful and much better than the photos. Amazing central location close to the old town and beautiful Jesuit Church, decorated with traditional Austrian style touches and original features - but with all the modern amenities. A great breakfast in a stunning old vault/wine cellar in the basement of the hotel was a lovely way to start the day.

The spa area could be updated, but the sauna was good, hot and very clean!

Excellent hotel, great staff & a very good location.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were wonderful, the facilities were excellent & the location was very good with it being just a short walk to the historic city centre. The lady when we checked-in was very helpful and arranged our Innsbruck Welcome Card for us. Our room was very spacious, quiet & comfortable.

Just a minor point, but it did not seem possible to turn down the room heating.

Basic room but satisfactory on all accounts.

The room is relatively large.

The room is pretty basic. There are some weird quirks - like an instructional page on how to reset your own electricity fuse for your room if the power trips. I've never been in a hotel that encouraged you to fiddle inside their electrical box.

Great location, parking is easy next door and its a 2 min walk to old town.

Great location, we were only a short walk to old town. Parking was in a public car park only a few doors from the hotel. Our room was extra large and was actually a sitting room and a bedroom. Staff were super and changed the way the beds were structured (we requested twin beds and that's not the way they were set up when we arrived. Not a problem for the staff, they had it sorted in no time for us). Breakfast was really nice.

Afternoon front desk staff were not friendly. No coffee available throughout the day (aside from the instant coffee in the room). I think staff were smoking in the room behind the breakfast area because it smelled strongly of smoke.

Cute hotel

Loved the location and proximity to old town, staff was so kind and accommodating and helpful, we had 3 rooms which were nice in size.

One of the rooms we had had an issue with ant infestation. We saw 100s of ants on the floor of the room. We told them on the first day we were there and again on the second day but nothing was done about it. I don’t know if ants is a common thing In this area?

No sleep – avoid

Clean modern room

No sleep at all on our last night in Innsbruck. Bass of music thumping through the walls all night long. If I didn't value my night of rest I would have booked a youth hostel.

The photos of the rooms are quite misleading as some of them have not been redecorated. We had a room that had an old metal bedframe making awful noises, and decoration was definitely outdated and kitsch.

Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff

Great location a short walk from the old town and all the major sights and a 15 min walk from the train station. Large room, very comfortable beds, fabulous bathroom. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a service room that offers coin operated washing machine and dryer, vending machine and a microwave.

Very clean, nice and cosy room. The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. Location is perfect! Also they are pet friendly and that was sooo important to me! Thank you!

I think it will be good to make clients aware that this type of room with a window faced the back stairs. It's not even about the view from the window, it's about the noise. Because the staff spends time on smoke breaks on this staircase and it is quite noisy. Also, it would be nice to add instructions on how to use the washing machine on the service point. So that customers do not run to the reception to clarify what they doing wrong.

All in all not quite the level I expected for the price, but a comfortable stay nevertheless.

The bed was extremely comfortable. High standards regarding cleanliness.

No mini-bar, problematic given the in-house bar has very limited opening hours. Coffee point in the room was very poorly stocked (e.g. no coffee cream). Roof terrace could be made more welcoming and definitely needs umbrellas in the summer.

From the entry we were very warmly welcomed. We were able to do some laundry which was fantastic. The room had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning perfect. We had a great night sleep. Parking our car was also very easy, a major bonus when travelling by car in Europe.

Nice hotel but expensive

Good location, nice big room, very clean.

Expensive hotel! No info in room, no fridge, safe too small for a laptop. One member of staff was just plain rude to me. Also I have concerns about security. Anyone can walk in off the street and go upstairs - no one at desk would see them. Hotel would do well to look at this.
