Good hotel with stunning views

Stunning roof bar for quality breakfast and comfortable standard room. Ski locker with boot drying rack in basement was a good bonus.

Only thing missing was either a kettle to make tea or coffee or a fridge to keep drink, plenty of room for either?

Location, excellent, breakfast excellent, staff excellent, room was small, only room for one suitcase and was unable to control temperature of room which resulted in a room that was very warm at night and sleeping not restful.

Amazing

I really loved the way the staff made us feel welcomed. I also really loved the fact that the environment was so friendly that guests were able to interact with one another. It honestly did not feel like a hotel. It felt like a palace and we were treated like a king and queen.

I didn’t like the fact that my stay was too short. I also did not like the fact that I did not get to say thank you to every staff member as they were Ofcourse occupied doing their job.

An okay stay

Good location

Someone charged drinks to my room. Bar didn’t check id with my name in the room. Person signed completely different name which should have been apparent. Had to clear it up/prove it wasn’t me upon departure. Eventually manager took off charges. But super awkward. Also street noise all night. Loud drunks screaming into early morning. Then garbage trucks coming early. Happened both nights. Not properties fault but still impacted the stay and our sleep.

Posh Boutique Hotel with Central Innsbruck Location

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! I booked solely based on location and ended up discovering quite the gem of a hotel! The location was 10 out of 10, but the whole experience from check in to check out was amazing. I was greeted with choice of a welcome drink, lovely & welcoming staff, my room was comfy & beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding - they even had a juicer! Not to mention the mountain views from the lobby / breakfast / bar area! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. :)

Great hotel with a perfect central location, polite staff, free tourist travel cards, reliable daily

Excellent stay. Staff was consistently polite and helpful. Location is perfect—right in the center, with easy access to everything. We received the tourist cards at check-in, so all buses and trams were free, which made getting around very easy. Staff clearly explained how everything worked. Daily room cleaning was reliable. They also provided secure luggage storage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, with a card-based system we could operate ourselves. Overall, very solid experience.

Great room, central location, very friendly staff

Great, very central location at the very center of Innsbruck. Clean, fashionable and somewhat romantic room. We drove and there's a discounted fare for a well-located and well-structured nearby parking lot.

We didn't had the breakfast as it was a bit expensive (EUR 27 per person), although it seemed good.

Just about perfect.

Fabulous walk-in shower. No dangerous bath side to trip me up. Twin beds were very comfortable. Difficult to find twin beds and walk-in showers on our trip through Switzerland and Italy and Austria. Reception staff extremely helpful. Great location.

Wish there was an option of a mini breakfast. No way could I eat enough to justify the cost of the breakfast. It looked wonderful though.

Excellent location, great staff.

The staff that worked the reception area were outstanding! One helped me by suggesting a short train trip to Seefeld and the other looked up the one pharmacy that was open on Sunday when one of our friends was sick.

We had to be very careful with the showerhead direction to water spraying between the wall and the enclosure.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Old Town Innsbruck convenient to almost everything.

The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town Innsbruck on a pedestrian way and very convenient to almost everything. The staff greeted us warmly and were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The room was average size, but we had a bonus sunroom with very comfortable chairs and a glass ceiling. There were plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, but also many historical sites with the towering Austrian Alps always in the background.

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator.

central location and welcoming but overpriced for room quality

A good location in the pedestrianised Altstadt that was close to all the sights. A sincere welcome from reception (at the top of the building) with a drink on the house before going to the room. The hotel was quiet and we only saw other guests at checkin.

Paying extra for a view of the gold roof was a pretty tenuous extra expense - if you hung out the edge of the bay window you could just about see a little section. The walls of the room were scuffed. The air conditioning control didn't work. I worked out that I'm not a fan of the impractical sink-in-the-room look, preferring the classic everything-in-the-bathroom, but I knew what I was getting when booking.

Friendly staff, good rooms and breakfast, in the heart of old-town Innsbruck – what's not to like?

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location (about as central as you can get!) was excellent. We very much enjoyed the breakfast in the top-floor bar area – complete with freshly-cooked Kaiserschmarrn as a final treat. The room wasn't huge but the additional private "conservatory-style" seating area, with chairs, coffee table and a glass roof was a very pleasant surprise.

There was a very minor housekeeping issue – but nothing that spoiled our stay. It seems to be a common Austrian theme, but if you like firm pillows, you'll probably have to ask for them. The places to put cases were a little awkward to use because of the padding behind them, which also meant it was difficult to access the safe with a case overhanging it – but this is getting very nit-picking. Basically, we really liked the place!

Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the excellent staff and great breakfast, but a few issues with the room comfort

The staff were absolutely amazing—very polite, incredibly helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning to stay at this hotel. I was also warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, just as I had hoped. I would definitely come back, although next time I’d prefer a room farther away from the elevator for a bit more peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the room that I found disappointing. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were quite poor in quality—they clumped up after extended use and made it difficult for me to sleep, resulting in me staying awake until 4am. Another major issue was the noise from the elevator. I could clearly hear it operating throughout the night, especially between 2–3am, which was extremely disturbing. I eventually had to use earplugs just to get some rest. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t seem to function properly. It kept switching on and off during the night, and I was unable to adjust the temperature because the control panel was completely unresponsive. To add to the inconvenience, the Wi-Fi in the room was not working at all, which made it difficult to get anything done or stay connected. There are also a couple of minor points worth mentioning. First, the shower lacked a curtain, which caused water to splash all over the bathroom. Second, I noticed that water was being stored on the balcony next to the room. While not necessarily harmful, exposure to sunlight could lead to algae growth, potentially affecting taste and overall hygiene.

Our stay at this hotel was made special by the genuinely welcoming staff who did everything possibl.

The staff were all attentive, respectful and genuinely delightful. The owner of the hotel has clearly put a lot of effort into all aspects of making this hotel a wonderful place to stay. She herself made a point of speaking to all her guests to make sure everything was to their liking. The breakfasts were amazing! Healthy, delicious and generous. This is a hotel we heartily recommend and one which we look forward to returning to!

Great location, very comfortable

The hotel was in the heart of the old town, just a 5 min walk from the Congress centre where I was attending a conference. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower. The balcony was an unexpected bonus.

No food available at hotel other than an expensive breakfast, but there are lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. There is just a bar on the top floor. The lift is noisy, avoid rooms nearby. Planes to/from the airport pass directly overhead at about 2000’. The old town is pedestrianised, not even taxis allowed, and is currently in the midst of being dug up and repaved. The balcony is covered in netting presumably to keep birds away, but it does rather spoil the view. My room was up a staircase - I had some heavy conference equipment with me so this was quite a struggle.

Fantastic location with great service and staff

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Innsbruck. Staff were all extremely friendly!! Easily to get to with public transport and was only a 10min walk from the trainstation.

If I had to mention one thing it would be the temperature of the shower. It got hotish but not very hot.

Excellent location breakfast and staff .

The property is situated right in the middle of the Aldatadt, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing ! Views from the breakfast area are great and also v good (mountain view) from our room.

We had a problem with the temperature in our room, and couldn’t cool it down despite having the thermostat set to - 2 degrees below room temperature.
