Clean, comfortable, well located - top stay.

Great location, just over the bridge from the Old Town. Efficient check in process with key cards supplied. Appartment was clean, spacious with a great shower and complimentary products and a good kitchen.

A reminder email of the check in code would have been handy as it came quite a while ago. The beds were comfortable but an extra or more bulky pillow would have been lovely. Overall, a very good stay.

A great location, probably better for a short visit if your a family of 4+.

A great location just accross the river from Old Town.

It’s an old building that feels like it’s leaning. The heating was behind the thick curtains so we were a bit cold. You could open the curtains but then the whole town could see into your room! Bathroom was small. Separate toilet was handy for a family stay though. Basic kitchen facilities were okay.

Good apartment if you are able to check in!

The apartment was clean, tidy and warm! Location was amazing, just over the bridge from the Christmas markets and restaurants.

The check in process is ridiculous. The only email I received Frome the property was to say I would need a 6 digit check in code which I was never sent. I called the property direct to get it and was told I’d be called back in 5 minutes, 3 hours later no phone call. I tried to call back over 10 times but the line went straight to voicemail meaning eventually I had to call booking.com When we did eventually get the code the card machine at the check in area wasn’t working to pay the city tax so again I had to call and this time the person I spoke to put the phone down on me. Very poor customer service.

Central location. Do not order breakfast with stay. Noisy room

Location good close to centre

Room opened right onto a road - incredibly noisy when windows open which we needed to do as it was so hot. No AC Contactless check in only if benefit to the staff/owner not to residents. It took a while to figure out the check in. Do not order breakfast. This was an absolute massive expense and not worth the money. Food delivered to door included bread, cheese, meat, jam, apple and a capri sun orange juice. Not worth it for the amount of money paid. Not enough coffee left in room to cover breakfast and no fresh milk for breakfast delivered. After 3 days no one wanted the breakfast.

Good property but avoid ground floor rooms

Spacious and clean rooms. Very nice kitchenette with all required items. The self check-in worked seamlessly and there were no issues at all.

The location is good to roam the city and right next to the river, it was not good to stay in the room. We were on the ground floor and the room was right next to a bus route, all night we felt as if we were sleeping on the road. It was very noisy and you can't really close the windows as there is no other way for air circulation.

Great location, just what I needed for the week!

Great little room with kitchenette - exactly what I needed for the week. Great shower. Wifi was solid. Absolutely fantastic location - right in the middle of Innsbruck! 5mins walk from the Old Town.

No one came to change the bins, so they were overflowing by the end of the week. The flat was smaller than I expected - the pictures on the site were stock ones of their apartments, so some clearer indication of what X-metres squared actually is would be good. Because I'd paid upfront, the computer checkin system got confused and I couldn't complete.

It was an averages experience, was expecting much more for the price I paid

1. Close to the town makes it very convenient 2. Staff was responding to your message promptly but could hardly help when in real needs, such as breakfast

1. Messed up breakfast as a catering service delivers the breakfast to you rather than you going to eat breakfast at a common place like other apartments or hotels. I wouldn’t recommend adding breakfast when booking the apartment. 2. No option for AC during May when temperate touched 25-27 degrees made us feel uncomfortable during night, couldn’t sleep well. When you open windows, it doesn’t help either as loud sound coming from pubs which are 10-20 meters away and noise coming from adjoining road comes throughout the night. So, I wouldn’t recommend booking this apartment during summer months. 3. No daily garbage collection. No one to pickup used towels. Only 1 small garbage container in whole apartment which is kept in bathroom. 4. For everything like replenishing toiletries or towels, we had to call them. They didn’t do it on their own.

very comfortable, practical organization, convenient location

the self check in instructions were not very clear because you do it in a build and the room was in a another one. The check in process it self it’s easy. they should send automatic msg with the room number and it’s location as the machine doesn’t give you any printed information. the dishes in the dish washer were not washed, but I am sure it was just someone forgetting to check it. besides that the room was well clean.

Would have been a 10 if we did not suffer without hot water in winter

We had the very best room, on the top floor and with the city view. The view was really beautiful. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Its very kind of them to provide several bathroom amenities and free coffee.

I am not sure if we were unlucky or if it happens often, during 2 days of our stay we did not have hot water, and the water pressure was not good either. I found it a huge pity as the place is really nice. I hope they manage to fix it, otherwise their rating will never be high enough.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Good amount of space. Great amenities. Nice modern decor. Amazing views of the town, river and mountains. Great location too. The cafe downstairs served lovely food and drink and the staff are really friendly.

Shower door leaked so had very wet floor which used up all the towels to keep it dry.

Marvellous view to the old town of Innsbruck at a very convenient spot for sightseeing and good food

Excellent location - just five minutes walking from the Golden Roof (the centre of the old town) and from the Marktplatz transportation hub, so it is very easy to go around from the hotel, not to mention the many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room is also excellent.

The shower is smelly when not in use, probably due to some defects with the draining system. There is no hand wash basin in the separate toilet despite its spaciousness, which is strange given the fact that all Austria in-house toilets have such a basin - a necessity since the shower is separated. Although the apartment is listed as "two beds", one bed is just a fold-down sofa, which was not made when we arrived.

Horrible

The contactless check-in doesn't work. The system was not giving me my key, so I called a help number, and they didn't reply. I was there for half an hour not knowing what to do. Eventually they picked up the phone and told me that indeed, it was not working and there was no key for me. I asked if there was someone around the hotel to help me and they said no. The only solution they gave me for my stay was that I had to call each time to the help number to get the door open for me. Sometimes they didn't reply. Extremely inconvenient. After all I complained and ask for a refund. All they offered me was a 25% discount on my next stay on a Blackhome hotel. Never again.

The pull out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable because it was made up of 6 cushions all different hardnesses and heights with the pillow-end being the lowest and the foot end the hardest. There are no frying pans just pots, no basic cooking necessities like oil salt or pepper. No counter space because they put the nespresso machine on it.
