Relaxed couples break in beautiful surroundings

Fantastic location with in easy reach of the main areas of Innsbruck. The hotel is relaxed and has a really wonderful feeling from the time of arrival to leaving. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Zen, quirky and comfortable hotel

Thoughtful room with everything we needed. Excellent staff with lots of advice about the area. Our room faced the courtyard and was extremely quiet, and windows could be darkened. Comfortable bed. The Indian and Italian restaurant nearby were great.

The bathroom and toilet were open and/or with see-through bricks to the room; despite the curtains around it, it is limited privacy which may not be ideal for all visitors. We didn't use the breakfast and cannot comment about that, but we can fully recommend nearby bakeries!

One of the best hotels we did stay in all our travels

I think that is by far the most beautiful hotel ever, the design is impeccable, the gardens, the terrace, the every single detail of the room is beyond any expectations. I would recommend that hotel to anyone.

Perfect holiday or transit stay for all

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks and fruit were bonuses. The breakfast buffet was tasty with enough options. The garden room was nice with a small kitchen for us to prepare some simple dishes. The sitting area in the garden was lovely and we enjoyed resting and having small chats after sightseeing. The location of the hotel was perfect where was easy access to the old town, train station, and bus stops. It's a great stay overall.

The kitchen utensils were incomplete....a bit inconvenient to prepare the meals.

An unforgettable stay – stylish, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming! We stayed at Nala Individuellhotel Innsbruck for just one night, but it was truly a highlight of our trip. The hotel is super stylish, with a unique and artistic design that gives each room its own individuality and charm. You can really feel the attention to detail in every corner. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. They offered us free drinks, and when we brought back some Chinese takeout for dinner, they invited us to enjoy it in the hotel’s beautiful garden. Not only that, but they also provided all the dining equipment we needed, making the experience feel just like home — or even better! The next day, after we had already checked out, we asked if we could have a quick dinner in the garden again. To our surprise and delight, they welcomed us back warmly and once again provided all the dining utensils without hesitation. We can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and hospitality. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck and will definitely return if we have the chance!

An oasis in Innsbruck that was restoring and refreshing, whilst also convenient for exploring Innsb.

At 10-15mins walk from the main station its location was great. Also 30mins walk radius from the hotel covered most of the central area of Innsbruck. The nice quirky finishes and beautiful details (e.g. egg cup patterns) plus garden and terrace, generates a very relaxed environment in keeping with the hotels intention.

One side access to a double bed was a bit limiting.

Amazing hotel with great vibe. Amazing breakfast.

This was our favorite stay on our trip. We received warm welcome with bottle of Prosecco. Car part space was already arranged for us so we didn't have to worry too much about that. Room was great with super comfy bed. We paid extra for breakfast but it was worth, it was best breakfast we have had.

Surprisingly modern in a great location,

Location was perfect. Not right in the middle of town, but close enough to walk. The room was eclectic, but functional. The view we had from our was unsurpassed! There was a small grocery store around the corner and a fridge in our room, so breakfast was easy and inexpensive. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

My husband did hit his head a couple of times as the walls were angled.

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly efficient staff

We had a wonderful stay at Nala Hotel. Excellent central and quiet location, a few minutes walk to the train station and city centre. Incredible buffet breakfast, one of the best we have ever enjoyed. Fantastic friendly staff who are always helpful. They went above and beyond expectations for us by returning some lost property. We will definitely return and highly recommend to any visitors to Innsbruck.

One of the most remarkable hotels we've ever been. Every room is different, the hotel looks like if you merge different styles and epochs. Every floor has a different colour. Marvellous breakfast where they serve mini pizzas, quiche and lasagna (omong the usual stuff) as well! Very clean place, a short walk (~15 minutes) from "Goldenes Dachl" and main railway station. Our room was a loft facing south and had a superb view to Bergisel ski jump and ... the bath tub was ABOVE the bed and the toilet was somewhat ... transparent!

Note: no air conditioner in the room (we did know this), unfortunately this is now probably needed due to climate change.

Boutique and Cool but no air conditioning.

Modern and very nice room. Very well thought out. Good location. The boutique feel was appreciated.

The weird zen like graphics on the floating wardrobe wall was not attractive. The lack of Air-con (the supposed bio alternative did not cool the room despite it being just 10c overnight) was not to standard.

Modern styling, slightly eclectic hotel 10 minute walk from train station. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Several nice decks and gardens to relax and unwind and enjoy a drink. Very good breakfast with everything you could desire to eat plus good coffee, with friendly and attentive staff. Check out was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a short break and would def return.

We stayed in one of the apartments by the garden which had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking into town and the staff were very friendly in offering advice regarding the area.

The only thing was we found the apartment too warm but I guess this is a luxury problem, but one word at reception and it was turned down.
