Great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and great to have a washer and dryer accessible for guests, but unfortunately bar staff were quite rude. Albeit that, an overall a pleasant stay.

Room superficially modern and clean and we liked the divan niche by the window. Breakfast buffet was also extremely generous and staff friendly. Location also fantastically convenient. Negatives were all yo do with housekeeping: shampoo dispensers in bathroom were not checked to see if they were empty, no milk supplied with the coffee a few cartons would have been nice, coffee/tea not restocked - I don’t expect to have to call reception for this sort of thing. Shower hose is so stiff that the shower head points into the wall unless you stuff paper into the holder.

Everything was great! Would highly recommend staying here. It’s also in a very convenient location. Sauna is very nice. The staff is extremely helpful and massive kudos to the lady who was managing the night shift on her own.

Check in took about 20mins in line before we got our room- then the “panoramic mountain view” was more like a view of the high school from the lower floor we had with the mountains above but was majority building- then unfortunately every night of our stay the bar next door did extensive glass recycling from 2-5am so we slept really poorly. Bathroom lacks basics like conditioner and the hair dryer in our room barely worked.

The room was tiny, the floor wasn’t clean, the showedrain was clogged and almost no toiletpapir. On hotels.com it said the room had a deep bathtub, but only a shower. However… Location was amazing and the staff where welcoming.

The location is perfect for access to shopping and all the sites. The room was average with few amenities for the price. The front desk staff, different people each time, keep me from recommending this property. Unwelcoming and unhelpful to us and to others we saw throughout our stay. Let’s start with the good : front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, hotel is clean, fragrant , bar on site , nice steam room and sauna and has a great location to walk around and see the sights. The bad : the bed feels like sleeping on wood covered with a sheet , the location is LOUD at night after 11pm till about 4 am music on the streets and this was a Tuesday , Bell tower nearby rings early 6am , we have a service dog , after check in and showing documents to front desk I was accosted daily by the cleaning staff asking me if my dog was a medical dog, on my second day of my stay the I believe the cleaning management while walking near me said “ewwwww that is a dog , you know we don’t take animals here, why do you have a dog with you” I told her she needed to bring things up with the hotel management. I personally won’t be returning unfortunately

A perfect place to stay, right in the heart of Innsbruck! Easy location for taxis and buses. Not far from the train station. We had a room overlooking the plaza, it was very noisy at night and early morning, fortunately we had ear plugs! The view from the room was breathtaking!
