True Austrian Hütte near city centre ❤️

Literally 5 mins from centre(but down the road which means you go up when coming back 😄 warm, traditional. We enjoyed it a lot. The parking is welloeganized. They take care of it ❤️

The breakfast room was to small and some people had to wait there in line to get their sandwiches 😄 so I wouldn't count to much on it 😄

Great location and superb beds.

Breakfast was excellent, beds are really comfortable and the hotel is within easy reach of the town centre. Perfect for the Christmas markets. The hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating, I would recommend

Wonderful breakfast

The hotel is only a short 10-minute walk from the river, where you can capture the beauty of the colorful houses. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay special; they were incredibly friendly and attentive. They ensured I received the mountain view room I had requested, which was so thoughtful of them. When the hot chocolate machine wasn’t working properly, they kindly offered me a delicious cake to enjoy instead. One of the staff members even took the time to share tips on how to make the most of my stay, which I really appreciated. While the hotel has a bit of a vintage charm, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious and healthy— and I was fortunate enough to be the first to experience the wonderful array of spreads available.😍🤩

The hotel was clean, it has a nice view on the mountain. But everything was broken, from the bathroom tap to the wardrobe door and more. The beakfest was really basic.

- The location is good, within walking distance to both city center and main train station. - Quiet and peaceful location

Unhelpful staff, no lift, we had big luggage, we requested for smaller room as well when we had booked family room, they allotted room on 3rd floor when family room was available on 1st, basement and we had reached 12.30 when the check in time was 3 pm, it was really horrible experience..

Small room to accommodate 4 beds. Extremely small bathroom. Old hotel without lift. Hardly any amenities. Breakfast not upto the mark. Room heaters not working. High cost compared to quality and service.

Excellent!

Staff in the hotel were very nice and accommodating. I really liked the location. Was just a short walk to the city but still very quiet.

The parking was a little odd but felt that the hotel did the best job they could with what they had. We were there for a ski holiday and wish they were able to provide a little more details and insight into what would be the best resorts for our family.

Nice hotel just outside the city centre

Close to city - very easy to walk in. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff were happy for us to leave our bags when we arrived too early for checkin which was helpful.

Room was quite small for 4 people and in the basement so the views were limited!

Nice place, but don't expect much

The hotel is nice and comfortable, it's like an old house on the hill that got overrun by other buildings The breakfast was cute

Well it's pretty old. The shower water temperature is a mistery to master, all furniture is ok but definitely at the end of life. Parking is complicated but they are doing a good job covering this. If you are a smelly pooper - prepare to the fact that the door doesn't close completely 😂

Old place inside

This place has an old vibe which is nice in some parts and gives you a glimpse how people used to live n that area. There are old photos of Innsbruck all across the hotel. The location is nice and I mean the neighborhood, even though is a bit far from the city center or the main train station.

I expected it to be a quaint little traditional home but a lot of things went wrong. In the kitchen it was extremely cold in the morning and I had to eat breakfast with my jacket on. The room is furnished in a very old style but it's not the vintage type, just old. There aren't many amenities.

Beautiful Hotel in Innsbruck

The hotel is very quiet and easy to reach. They have sufficient parking, but requires vehicles to double and triple park. The staff was kind enough to let me park in front since we were leaving early in the morning.

It's a bit of a walk to restaurants and the tourist area, but the price with easy parking is impossible to beat. I had to roll up a towel and wedge it behind the shower head to keep it from falling down.
