    It is very rare when one has a perfect stay experience and this was one such stay. Super Hotel, Super Location, Super Clean, Great Rooms, Great Breakfast, Great Lobby. What more can one want. Strongly recommend staying here

    Overall the hotel is old and feels dirty. You can see patches stitching up here and there. It operates with a traditional key. Their gym and sauna have a super stuffy smell, feels like no one ever goes to it. We checked in as a group of 3, there’s no sofa bed setup until we request for one. The heater is not functioning properly and the hot water is really small which makes showering quite cold. Water in the bath tub also can’t flow properly. Only good thing is they have a balcony with window. Male staff are friendly but not the female. There was a lady at the lobby counter (in the morning of 16 Feb) was particularly very rude and cocky. For the price and labelled as 4 star hotel? Definitely doesn’t feel like one, more like a 1-star /2-star hotel.
