Nice hotel in the centre of Innsbruck.

The location was great — conveniently close to both the train station and the city centre, without being too busy.

The room was for 2 people, but the bed was split in the middle.

Great buffet breakfast with so much choice Located in a nice quiet area with the main shopping street and other attractions and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. If arriving by train the station is just 10 minutes walk. When we return to Innsbruck we will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, whilst we visited the Weihnachtlichen Markt.

Property location. Short walk from train station and main city area. Breakfast was varied and lovely setting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and knew the room wouldn’t be ready, but were able to leave bags in reception. Room was clean, comfortable bed and well equipped.

Spacious Room, decent location.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. We got free bikes (bicycle) for the day, which was really awesome. And really appreciate how the staff accommodated our luggage at the reception since we reached around 13:00 (2 hours before the checkin time), which allowed us to leave the baggage at the reception and explore Innsbruck.

The room view was nothing decent. Didn't like the behavior of one of the receptionist (Rest of the staff was good though).

Central location, affordable hotel. Parking underneath, free rental bikes. Very friendly staff.

They upgraded our room to a junior suite which was lovely. Quiet location but very near to historic centre and railway station. Didn't eat there but the dining room looked classy.

breakfast is pricey. Guests are divided between hotel guests and the rest. Not very nice. Staff at the restaurant in the morning is very friendly but the manager is not.

The reception Manager at midnight is not friendly or nice to guests. The staff is great but intimidated by the manager.

Old furnitures, a little smelly rooms. They dont offer free water in the rooms. No direct access to parking garage. Parking is too expensive Breakfast was OK but not amazing. A lot of varieties but not meticulously prepared.

Good for location but not too comfortable

Its location is very close to the old town. The building looks great, and its cafe also has historical value. We were welcomed at the reception, and the staff was helpful.

We were disappointed because the room's Wi-Fi did not work—it only worked in the lobby. The power was out at 1 a.m., and the electrician could not fix it! The checkout time is 11 a.m., the earliest I have seen in my many visits. The breakfast was okay, but the bacon was not well grilled. The bed was the smallest and least comfortable among the recently visited hotels.

No tea or coffee in the room (the reception was very nice though and brought a kettle to one of the three rooms that we booked, so we could make tea, teabags we bought ourselves). Our room was quiet smelly when we arrived, we opened the window to get rid of the smell, no idea what it was…

Amazing hotel… we’ll be back.

Large spacious room with lots of windows for fresh air. The hotel was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit and everyone was really friendly. Breakfast was probably the best we have ever had at a hotel and the restaurant served dinner as well which was an added bonus.

Small thing but the body lotion tubes in the bathroom were not only used they were empty! Poor wifi in the rooms.

Location to the center waa very good. Paid parking was very close, once we found it. Staff was helpful on the cell phone to find the parking area.

Breakfast was scheduled later than other places. No AC, needed to sleep with the window open, birds chirping at sunrise.

Friendly central city hotel with clean modern rooms.

Central. Welcoming and made me very comfortable as a lone woman traveller. No uncomfortable feeling having breakfast alone. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Great room with no carpet which I always like. Modern room and bathroom. Very clean.
