Generally a decent stay. Nothing too fancy. The hallways felt like a dorm.

Free parking. Breakfast included. Room was pretty spacious and there was a lift

Soap dispenser wasn’t working so I used the hand soap. No shampoo provided.

Nice, warm and cozy room. Really convenient to walk to all attractions. Parking is free. Staff there were really friendly. I really want to compliment the staff at the restaurant. I left my bag with my camera behind after breakfast. The staff helped me by securing it and passed it back as I was checking out. I did not get his name, but im really thankful to him! He helped made a holiday that could have went potentially wrong, into a great one.

Very expensive, old fashioned and was not happy at being asked to leave the room so early.

Typical hotel, very dated. Check out was 9 am, the whole place felt very corporate. Expensive for what we got for our money. No frills. no shampoo or little extras. It needs a re vamp

Value for money

Rooms were big and clean, breakfast had enough options, reception was super nice and answered all questions, they also offer lunch and the cafe is always open. Location is also great, really near congress to go up the mountain, a little walk to the old city, but not that far. amazing view of the alps

Overall the place is nice. Staff is helpful and the location is quite good. They also have a free parking which is pretty helpful.

It was quite unusual to have a breakfast until 9 am and check-out as well, at 9 am. Usually it is after 10-11. And the wifi was soooo pooooor. It was reeeeeaallyyy sloooooow

The location was great, 5-10 minutes to the city centre by foot (with a nice walk across the botanical gardens) and 1 minute to the hugerburg rail station to go to the alpine zoo and/or the funicular. Nice breakfast with local food (speck and cheese). Big room and bathroom. On request, you may leave the luggage after check-out.

Ubytování dobře dostupné, blízko centra, 20 minut pěšky od nádraží. Pokoj čistý, dobře zařízený, personál milý.

Do pokoje mi prosvítalo světlo z chodby nade dveřmi, bylo to nepříjemné. Snídaně mohla být bohatější, uzeniny a sýry vypadaly lehce oschle, i když jsem tam byla mezi prvními.

Obtener las llaves de la caja de seguridad fue complicado porque no funcionaba muy bien, tuve que llamar a un encargado para que me ayude y lo logramos. Igualmente noté un poco de desorganización de parte de los encargados del hotel ya que hubo una pequeña confusión con la fecha de mi llegada.

Perfect accommodation!

모든것이 다 좋았어요! 시설도 좋고, 방도 넓직하고, 깨끗하고, 침구도 포근하고, 직원분들도 정말 친절하시구요. 올드타운까지 도보로 10분이 조금 더 걸리고, 숙소 바로 앞에 강가 산책로와 공원이 있어서 산책하기도 정말 좋아요. 저는 강가쪽 뷰인 방에 투숙했는데 뷰까지 완벽했어요.

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Zentrum, in ca. 10 Minuten mitten in der Altstadt. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich.
