I had a great stay, The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is steps from the lovely river and a very nice walk to the centre.
I went skiing in the nearby area and had a great time among the mountains. And the lady in the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It felt like home. The bed was amazing and the natural light with all the windows. If one enjoys walking it’s a scenic walk to the town centre.

The location is 15 mins walk from the center of innsbruck and has a regular bus service. The room was clean and spacious.
I personally would in the "main room" put a sofa and coffee table rather than a small dining area however that's just a personal choice.

Perfect location for a short stay in Innsbruck. The apartment was light, comfortable and very clean. The lady in reception was welcoming, really friendly & helpful organising an early taxi to the airport for us.
As others have said, the road noise is something to consider on booking.

Clean, very well equipped, lovely bathroom and shower and very comfortable bed. Good place to explore Innsbruck from. Well organised and warm welcome. Felt very secure.
Would have benefitted from a small settee. Road outside was quite noisy.

I love, love this place! The location is near the old town - only a short 5/10 minute walk - but far enough away to be in a quieter area. The small apartment was super clean and modern. I went early during reception hours (0900-1100) to drop off luggage until check-in at 1300, however the apartment was already ready, and I was able to check-in early. The reception host was also very friendly and helpful. Inside the apartment, there was a guest book with useful information about the property and recommendations for restaurants. Overall, the property is pristine and I had a great stay here. I would certainly recommend Quartier 99 if traveling to Innsbruck!

Spacious flat, comfortable, very good location. The kitchen was well equipped. I was worried that the noise from the road might be troublesome at night but we had the windows open some nights during our stay and we were not bothered at all.
Only downside is there was no iron or ironing board available, either in the room or from reception.

Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Staff were really kind and helpful. An easy walk into the town.
It was lovely. Many reviews comment on traffic noise, which we did hear but didn’t bother us overly. There were also a lot of church bells! So if you really want quiet, it might not suit you.

Great location, beautiful building, and light and airy apartment.Everything was well organised and clearly explained. We would definitely return.
We loved everything, but be aware it is right on a junction, so you can hear traffic if windows open. However, the windows are super insulated, and it wasn't an issue for us.

Clean, comfortable, secure and good feel to it.
The evaporative fan unit did not meet the expectation of air conditioning.
Really didn’t do much to cool the apartment.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Situated in quiet neighbourhood ideal for getting to the Kletterzentrum to watch the boulder world cup!

The apartment is one in a small complex with a reception desk which made us eligible for the visitors card (free public transport etc). It seemed like it had recently been renovated and it was very comfortable for 2 people. The bed was the best we have encountered in 5 weeks! It was easily reached by bus from the station, and while it looked like it was a bit far from the Old Town, the major sights were only a 10-15 minute walk away. It was really close to one of the funicular stops. The views from the windows of the mountains were wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.
It was very hot in Innsbruck when we visited in June but there was a fan supplied which helped keep us cool at night: just to keep in mind there is no air-conditioning (but plenty of windows to open!).

For two nights stay we have been entitled for Welcome Cards with bonuses during stay in the city, but nobody from hotel staff informed us in advance. When we find out that ourselves and requested the cards, they said two different email addresses are needed. Very weird. They had already my email and should send at least one card and ask for second email before our arrival. Finally we missed the cards.

We stayed in the loft and really enjoyed it. It was a lovely little apartment with everything you needed to cook some simple meals. It has a great little balcony to eat at with a great view of the mountains. Everything was clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to the old town centre
The stairs- there was no elevator so large bags up the stairs was quite challenging

Perfect location, beautiful views, bus stop next to the property from where you can reach directly to main bus/train station or Alpenzoo and more, really clean place and comfortable stay. Will definitely come back next year!
All was great, nothing to write in here.

We loved everything about this apartment. Would stay here again! Bright modern decor, fantastic location, comfortable big bed, large bathroom, nice shower. I read a few other reviews commenting about street noise but we were on the mountain side and it was lovely.
Only recommendation would be to add some free standing towel racks rather than hooks, as the towels would dry faster.

Within walking distance to centre of town. Accommodation was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Location and deck were excellent. Host was nice. Easy to town and a great part of town, across the river and quiet. Fabulous views of the Alps from the balcony. Could be there for hours as the views are that good.
The loft is just that...a loft. No complaints but if you have trouble with stairs consider the number of flights.

Great apartments, everything is clear and new, comfortable property.
Good shower, soft blanket
1. They do not update coffee and tea in the room, as I was told, it was a "welcome package" (2 coffee capsules and 4 tea bags) and they assume that we will buy them ourselves, but there are other apartments in another area (for such the same price, the same distance from the center, with a kitchen and a similar mountain view from the window) where we stayed last year and coffee and tea were updated there every day, this is of course a trifle, but when you stay for 2-3 days to buy a pack capsules that you can not then use at home, irrational and inconvenient.
2. There was a little lack of sun, as there are building against the windows, the view of the mountains is only when you go to the window and look at the right angle.

If you are travelling in Europe, Innsbruck is a must visit. Quartier 99 is a great apartment to stay in Innsbruck. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk across the river to catch the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck and to the old town and the centre of Innsbruck. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.
Nothing.

The location is nice if you'd like to be near the museums and tourist places included in the Innsbruck Card. The kitchen was practically equipped and the apartment was clean.
Admittedly, I have issues with sleeping already. We stayed during summer and the room does not have any AC so we were sweating the entire night. We had to open the windows but in front of the apartment is an intersection which was very noisy when opened. Tissue and full-length mirror would be nice. We also stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It would've been nice if there was housekeeping on the 3rd day because the bins were small and were already overflowing.

I would definitely come back again, and next time make sure the key works for holiday 😺

A beautifully simple and airy property with nice views of the hills on a quiet road with a bus stop close by. It's about 5 stops from the Hbd, or a 15 minute walk into the centre on Innsbruck.
All perfect
