A great family apartment. Ideal location. Good value. Helpful staff.

MOST INCREDIBLE & MAGICAL STAY

The view from our suite (suite7) was sensational with the mountain & river right outside - good space & light. Could walk everywhere.

Great location stay in city centre

We loved the location . Handy having the restaurant downstairs .

The key wasn’t there at 3. Had to call . There was rubbish left in bathroom bin , the body wash in main bathroom was empty. Attention to detail lacking . 5th bed rollaway wasn’t suitable for an adult . Had to ask for a mattress topper and better doona

Beautfully appointed rooms, very comfortable for our family - we had adjoining rooms which was great for our teenagers to have their own space Great little kitchenette with all you need for breakfast or a main meal in. Wonderful location with the most perfect view of the river, the colourful buildings of Innsbruck and of course, the alps!!

Really nothing. The bedside lamp didn't work but that was a minor issue and we could have got that fixed if that really bothered us.

Loved that it has got everything that we need, especially the kitchen area it was complete! Love the location!

We are at the highest level but feels like we are underground as we are not able to look out as the window are high. Buts thats ok its the design and nothing can be done ! 😊

All in all, it was good.

The staff was very friendly and highly responsive, although I was a troublesome guest, who wanted to change the room upon arrival. All my requests were responded to immediately. The room on the 5th floor we got was really big and spaceous (actually this was a two-room space with a spacious bathroom and a kitchen) and very well fit for 4 guests. It had no view (no balcony) but that was the only thing that we missed. Beds were good and comfortable, everything was very clean, and the place was modern and nice. The location is as central as it can be, very conveinient to walk the old center. Public parking is just in front of the hotel building, it cost us 19 euro/night.

Wi-Fi did not exist at all. If it's not free noone told us anything about it. But we stayed for just 1 night so it was not really an issue. The suite with a view that we boooked initially was good for 1 or 2 adult people at the maximum, as it's extremely small (just one small room) and feels like there's no air and no light in it. The terrace is fully separated by a wall from the main room and has a really nice view on the river, but you just can't see it from the room itself which is a big pity. If it was all one space, it would be much more pleasant. We ended up changing the room although the main reason I chose this hotel was the view.

Location location location. Right on the bridge. The room was very nice. Closest to old town and golden roof.

They have a policy of cleaning the room and changing towels after three days of stay. Although on my request they cleaned on the second day. Nevertheless everything was excellent.

Amazing location right in the middle of old town, we really liked the room & would definitely consider staying there

The location was fab. Right in the middle of old town with a lovely view of the mountain and the river. They also allowed us to store our luggage on the property after we checked out which was a big help.

Only a small thing, there was still a coffee ring stain on the window (we didn’t have coffee) so this must have been missed when the room was cleaned previously but it wasn’t enough to bother us.

Very good location (just near old town), ok apartment, good size for two, good public garage is very near. I would come again to the same place.

Wonderful, highly recommend

Lovely location, view and there was a marathon on at the time so the whole area was buzzing with excitement. Very well equipped and amply sized beds even for the kids. Very quiet no noise. Great burger place underneath for a meal and a 2 mins walk to a bakery and the main old town square.

We loved the proximity to the river. The location to the bus stops and local restaurants was top notch. Loved the view and the set up to the apartment. Easy to find and nearby parking.

Unbeatable views were the best thing about this property.

Location was fab, stayed in a corner suite, amazing views. Very spacious, lovely bathroom with fab shower.

Late time of check in was a bit of an issue as self check in meant there was no where to leave our luggage, so had to drag it around with us until 3pm. Large pendent light above dining table was way too low, smacked my head on in several times, definitely needs raising. No staff anywhere to be seen, there was a tv in the hallway but were unsure if we could use it, and no staff to ask. No sheet for the pull down bed, and again no-one to ask.

Absolutely Beautiful

The quality, the little touches - like coffee and a cafetière in the room. The view! Going at the time of the Xmas markets was amazing - looking out in the Swarovski tree! The warm coziness of the room, the fluffy towels. Being so close to everything we could pop back easily from our ventures around - it’s been one of my fave places to stay and I already want to come back. The cafe downstairs is great as well everything you could need is so close!

Not sure if it was open or not but the viewing area shown on the pics of the hotel where you can see the mountains would of been good to see. But the time we went it was so cloudy we probably wouldn’t of seen much anyway.

Stunning scenery and lovely stay.

The location is perfect, right on the center and has stunning views. The studio is beautifully designed, has a wide range of amenities, and is very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

The only thing I can think off is that they are nota able to storage the luggage past 3 pm. However there is a city storage unit just across the street, so it’s not a problem.
