Highly recommend this beautiful and magical place!

Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived, we were welcome by a very kind receptionist! the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. There is a laundromat 3 minutes away from the hotel (walking distance), that was very convenient.

Perfect location next to the old town, the staff were nice and attentive, breakfast is good but for a 4star hotel more cooked options should be available such us omelettes. The greek lady of the breakfast area was super nice to everyone.

It is just one great place to stay in Innsbruck

It was very a modern and spacious room and the location was just great. One can see it was newly renovated giving it a 5 star feeling. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Loved it!

Staff greeted us with smiles and it was nice they all new at least some English. The location was perfect, just across the river from the Christmas markets and city Square. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Overall, a splendid experience.

Amazing location, great views and great room!

Beautiful location, close to downtown but surprisingly quiet on the 3rd floor. Fantastic views with big windows and a spacious room. easy access to public transportation as we never drive when we travel in europe. Breakfast was very nice and fully stocked. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Seemed very in line with other hotels price wise and for the money: excellent. Would definitely stay again. Love innsbruck!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

The location near the old town of Innsbruck was great. Easy to walk to most everywhere. The buffet type breakfast was good. Our room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

It was beautiful stay!

The Hotel is very well located and most of Innsbruck's attractions are nearby. The hotel is on the edge of the river and there is a beautiful park nearby. The main market place is a short walk across the bridge and there are plenty of reasonably priced eateries. The hotel staff was informative and their help and advice enabled us to save a lot of money and visit a lot of places. The breakfast was adequate.

The room could have been slightly larger. Indian visitors must note that loos don't have jets! So make arrangements! :)

We had a lovely stay and as it had just opened after refurbishment everything was perfect.

The location was perfect and the breakfast room was well set out and the food choice was excellent and delicious.

To help those who liked tea it was a bit poor as there were no Breakfast tea bags just bags you put Darjeeling loose tea into and I needed help with the water machine. Being British I found the tea situation unsatisfactory.

Great location

Everything was fine, location excellent, staff fabulous. The bar at night in happy hour was great fun, fantastic Italian bar person, really lovely. Also noted they didn’t mind if you bought your own food in. Breakfast was ok, we discovered you could ask for fried eggs and bacon, that was a bonus.

Major negative was our room, they said I’d requested a twin… I don’t remember doing that. It was an attic room with sloping roof and the shower over the bath was underpowered. Separate toilet was a nuisance at night as you had to visit the bathroom after.

The dinning hall for breakfast was gorgeous and home made breakfast is quiet exquisite. You can easily park in the public parking lot just across the river.

Immaculate restoration of a historical building. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the historic pedestrian area. Ski storage room off the street. Good breakfast.

The location is unbeatable! View over the river and old city is fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful - I felt at home! Room was spacious and well-appointed - I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. As a solo traveller I felt super safe too. Breakfast was great too.

Gleat location, comfortable bed (except the pillowes), welcoming reception. They even kept my bag till the afternoon after checkout - great free gesture. Strongly recommended.

The pillows. They seem to be the same everywhere in Austria. The internet was slow and intermittent, but this was more likely a location problem with the mobile operators because my 5G was not performing well too.

The hotel was centrally located and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well. The air-conditioning also worked well.

The room was extremely small with a single bed and had only one pillow. It was uncomfortable. The cable television did not work well possibly due to some issues with getting a signal.

Great central location to be based to walk everywhere

Location awesome, as was able to walk over bridge into central Innsbruck & have dinner & walk around. Room was great for family, as we have double room, so kids in single beds & us in King. Breakfast was lovely, though were asked if we wanted cooked too late, as didn't know this was an option. Staff super friendly.

No kettle for cup of coffee or tea. No extra pillows & was needed as the pillows were so soft you had to bunch into a ball to make a decent pillow.
