Easy self check in and nice old building. Loved the river and the mountain view. Stunning city. Great central location, easy to get to the train station and the airport. The two rooms were a good size for two travellers. The beds were comfortable. Lovely touch with the coffee and teabags, thank you.

Some of the pillows were old and uncomfortable, the bedding smelled mouldy. The floor was dusty and there was hair in the bathtub drain. I had to clean the bathtub before my bath. The shower unit was broken. There was mould in the bathroom and the smell of mould in the apartment. Some of the doors had dirty fingerprints on the side. The ac unit is a mobile one, where you have to put the tube out an open window. It's large, loud and clumsy and doesn't really work that well. Keeping the windows open overnight to cool the rooms down was too noisy because of a busy road and some bars right outside. The blinds don't open in the living room so you couldn't enjoy the view. I found that because of these issues it was an expensive stay.

Schmucke, frisch renovierte Wohnung am anderen Ufer des Inns, in Gehweite vom Zentrum, sehr sauber, als Willkommen gab es eine Tüte gemahlenen, lokalen Bio-Kaffee für die dort vorhandene Maschine.

Leider ist schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht ganz so toll, da gleich unten eine Bar ist, die lange offen hat und das Haus an einer Verkehrsachse liegt - mit entsprechendem Dauerstau

Hi, I would like to raise my disappointment regarding my recent stay. I specifically booked this apartment for a Mountain View, however, the view from the apartment was directly facing other people’s apartments. To see anything outside, I had to step out onto the balcony, only to be confronted with neighbouring apartments at very close proximity. As a result, we did not spend any time on the balcony at all. The apartment also has no other windows, only a glass door leading to the balcony, which made the lack of the advertised view even more disappointing. In addition, the WiFi was not connected on my first day, and as my stay was only two nights, this significantly impacted my experience. I am especially disappointed because I paid a premium price for this apartment with the intention of spending New Year’s Eve comfortably. Instead, I had to leave the apartment and walk to the other side of the bridge just to view the fireworks welcoming 2026, which was not what I had expected when booking this accommodation. Given the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided, combined with the WiFi issue and the timing of my stay, this experience fell well below expectations. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and look forward to your response on how this can be addressed. Thank you.
