A wonderful short stay

Location in old town was fantastic with restaurant also. Good to walk everywhere, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, Monica was wonderful, even making us breakfast and coffee when we had leave very early. Would definitely stay again

The location was fabulous. The rooms were gorgeous and huge for European standards. Nice to have a big bed! So quiet- never heard anyone else while in our room (but we know there were other guests).

The location was perfect, and the breakfast amazing! Best part of our stay was meeting Monica - she was full of information and so helpful. Wonderful place to stay!

Convenient and helpful hotel

The location is in the heart of Old Town above a restaurant making it convenient for travelers. The staff is very helpful for early morning travelers by ordering a taxi and packing breakfast for guests to take away.

Festive magic

Fantastic spot in the centre of the Altstadt & Christmas market. Easy access to everything & fabulous rooms. Breakfast was very excellent & the staff couldn't do enough for us.

It would be nice to have coffee amenities in the rooms, particularly with children who need bottles warmed. Body lotion would be welcome.

My first stay in Innsbruck - going back and would stay at the same venue.

Breakfast was great. Location was excellent - walk to anywhere. Room was a little small (like all Europe) but clean and efficient.

Entry to hotel is via a restaurant. A little confusing. Once at reception everything is great - Lift etc.

A comfortable and stylish stay in the perfect Innsbruck location.

It is very boutique in feel and we had a great feeling the moment we entered the hotel and then our room. It was spacious, stylish and super clean. The dinner we had and also breakfast were superb. Fresh food, great portions and beautifully presented and served. All the team we encountered were friendly, helpful and authentic.

The bathroom was a little tricky. The separate and very cramped WC did not provide enough space or any privacy and the open plan nature of the whole bathroom space was a little awkward. I was imagining if my disabled sister or my older mother were staying with me, it would not have worked at all.

EVERYTHING! The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring old town. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable! We met the owner Klaus at the wine fest . He and his staff are extremely kind.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Innsbruck.

The staff were all so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. This little boutique hotel is lovely and in the heart of Innsbruck.

Our bathroom has a glass wall with a stencil of a mountain on it that almost provides privacy when you use the toilet. For me even though we loved this hotel, staff and location I couldn’t stay again without more privacy in the bathroom. I presume each room has the same bathroom setup.

Excellent location and food

The location was ideal for exploring the old town but also with bus stops nearby for the outskirts. The restaurant was also really good and so was the breakfast which included cooked-to-order options and delicious real coffee!

Our room was a little small with small windows but it was comfortable enough and we didn’t go for the most expensive price which would explain it.

Top hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff made us feel like part of the family, the breakfast every morning gave us the energy to go hike and conquer the mountains, and the rooms were incredibly well kept and cozy.

A well located hotel, but an average stay

Well located in the Old Town. Good bar service & menu for dinner.

Whilst our room was a good size, the bathroom area was poorly layed out. There was no separate bathroom as such; the shower cubicle, sink area & toilet cubicle were all separately joined into the foyer of the room. The toilet cubicle (which had a door) was particularly small & impractical, less than 1 metre square & felt like using a cramped aircraft one. The heated towel rail was cold upon arrival, upon asking for it to be switched on we were informed that the hotel heating was off due to hot weather; however, a towel rail is clearly for drying rather than heating & should be available whenever. After complaining again, it was then turned to an inadequate luke-warm setting for the rest of our stay. The breakfast buffet was reasonable, however hot breakfast orders were cooked inaccurately on 3 out of 4 days of our stay.

Superb little hotel

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make everyone (including, and perhaps especially furry friends) feel welcome. We had a superb stay in the heart of Innsbruck's Old Town, so the location is perfect, and the decor and breakfasts were also brilliant. I've stayed in a few different spots in Innsbruck before, but will now use this as my new 'local' stay spot.

Nothing. The hotel is superb. If you are noise-sensitive, just remember that the hotel is in the middle of town so it's almost always going to be a bit noisy, so bear this in mind. It's not the hotel's fault at all, but maybe bring ear plugs if you need absolute quiet.
