A tremendous location, special treats everywhere, great staff, far exceeds expectations

We did not have breakfast, but there were the most delicious little trays of cookies everywhere, plus infused water dispensers which were excellent. The staff was top notch--very kind. We were given tokens when we arrived for $3 off of bar drinks and the front desk attendant provided us with bottles waters for our journey when we left. Parking was easy and a short walk into the center of town (historic district).

Perfect

Very clean and nice room. There is a self check in machine in the lobby, as well as one for some snacks, chargers, dental kits, etc. Nice location close to the city centre, right next to the river. The restaurant is good, too.

Great option in Innsbruck

Good prior support. Easy to find and to get to. Fairly simple check-in. Two room 'keys'. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tidy clean quiet room. Good bed, shower and wifi. Good blockout curtains. Drying rack for towels. Bar fridge with plenty of space. Pleasant restaurant on site. Supermarkets nearby. Hotel provided travelcard with free city transport. Bus stop outside the hotel. Otherwise an easy 10-15 minute walk to city through part by the lovely riverside. Would stay again. Innsbruck is very scenic and interesting and worth visiting.

There was a bit of a queue for check-in when we arrived. We used the self-check-in machine instead. That was quick and simple but it required us to re-enter information provided online before. Otherwise we found Rufi's very good. Rufi's is a little away from the city centre so that may be a consideration for some people. But the city is easy to access by foot or bus and the hotel is quiet and in a pleasant location.

Nice place at a better price.

Excellent parking availability.

Very small rooms. Mediocre location- a mile away from most Innsbruck sites. No fresh breakfast options- buffet choices were good but no one to make omelettes or other fresh meals. The kicker was the price- for what we paid this should be a luxurious hotel. The building and decor were fine, but not luxury. For half the price this choice would have worked.

Very good hotel, with good price.

It was near the Lake and 15 min walk to the center. You have everything you need and also parking. Very nice people working there. Specially the receptionist and cleaning lady.

Great location, nice property and very good breakfast

Great beds, decent sized rooms, beautiful hotel, free parking and very good breakfast. Loved the range of food. Close enough to the main square to walk - probably about 15-20 minute walk. Was really happy with our stay. Easy to self check in too.

Not sure if there's enough parking for the number of people staying there. We got in very late and there was only one parking spot left. I don't know if this was ours, if this was a fluke. The carpet in the main hallways is very dated, but this doesn't reflect the hotel rooms. :)

Excellent breakfast, spectacular mountain view from the room, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, complimentary water, and possibility to make tea and coffee in the room... Free welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise, and the location was very good. Free parking was very nice, although it can be hard to find a free spot.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel!

Rufi's Hotel is located close to the center of Innsbruck - you can easily walk there. The hotel is very modern, comfortable and clean and there is a parking lot just behind the hotel. The breakfast (which starts at 6.30) was very tasty and contained a wide variety of food. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink which was lovely. The staff was very friendly and both the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. This was my second stay at Rufi's and I will stay there again when I'll come back to Innsbruck. Strongly recommend :)

Amazing room with a great design. There was air conditioner and heater as well as teapot, tea, instant coffee. Bed was very comfortable. 2 types of pillows surprised us)) Great breakfast with an option to boil eggs as you like)) Nice place, definitely would stay again :)

We didn't have enough information about where we can park and got a fine by parking in front of the hotel (although there were no signs about a paid parking). We also had some problems with the check-in machine (it shower an error and didn't give us a key), so we were happy that even at 22 p.m. there was someone at the reception and kindly helped us, even though it was out of the check-in time.

Perfect - we’ve stayed in Innsbruck a few times but we’ll never choose another hotel after finding this gem.

Air conditioning was wonderful. Staff were welcoming, restaurant was excellent, room was perfect! Large free car park under the hotel.

Superb

Very nice hotel with free secure parking. Within walking distance of the town. Friendly staff and enjoyed dinner there in the evening. Also a free breakfast in the morning.

The reception staff where exceptional,

unfortunately the restaurant staff where not. They where rude the waitress was rushing around nearly throwing plates on the table. It was chaotic and very uncomfortable. At 9.31pm we asked if we could get some dinner and got told in a very abrupt way kitchen closes at 9.30pm. Unfortunately for us the rude and chaotic service from the restaurant staff out weighed the amazing reception staff.

Nice hotel just outside of the main drag

The hotel was very clean. They had plenty of parking and a pizza restaurant on site. The area was beautiful. There was a nice riverwalk just in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was very spacious.

It was a thirty minute walk to the main area. Which was a lovely walk but on our way back it started to rain.
