Great apartment

Large clean, spacious apartment with everything you would need in a quiet area about 15 mins from the centre, parking is about 5mins away and €7.50 for 24hrs. Check in was nice and easy

Lovely flat in a great location

Great location near the river, city bikes and a short walk from the centre. Lovely balcony with a fabulous mountain view. Modern, well-equipped property with very easy access.

Nice and Comfy place

It was a nice and cosy place. Everything basic was there. Not too far from the center and easily reachable by Public Transport. Rooms were nice and clean. Supermarket is nearby. Basic cooking equipment was available in the apartment. Wi fi was good. The beds were comfy. Mountain view from room was nice.

Nothing really. It would have helped if there a brush and/or mop or something to clean. Also the waste bags were really weak but this was not a big problem. It has a lift but you still have to climb up a few stairs before and after the lift. In one of the rooms there was no blinds so due to long daylight hours, it was tough to sleep in that room.

Hazardous shower.

Very clean.

Shower floor is too slippery, the gradient of the floor surface is too level for the water to flow through the drain, one of our group actually slipped and fell. Mattress is too soft causing the bed sides causing discomfort to your legs while getting in or out of bed. One door code didnt work and the staff gave us wrong information on the type of rooms, we also encountered a few families who had the same problem with the door codes.

Looks nice on photo’s but for the price can improve on experience

- Clean apartment - Spacious

- Kitchen accessoires are very limited making it hard to cook (no scissors, no colander, no cutting board, very limited no of plates etc, no basics as pepper / salt / cooking oil). No kitchen towels provided - no handsoap, hairdryer nor bathroom floor towels provided - needs a refresh of paint, looks worn - very hot on the top floor, no fan available - poor communication with staff, I needed to transfer to another apartment which was booked under my friends name. They couldn’t facilitate a luggage switch, so had to bring luggage all the way to central station locker for few hours, to then pick it up and bring it back again

Good place to stay, could be even better with some adjustments

Nice view, lovely balcony, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Located next to a bus stop into the centre and train station.

Poorly equipped kitchen: no cooking basics such as salt, oil etc provided, limited pots and pans, only 1 mug, only a couple of coffee pods for a stay of 3 nights. Could do with being better equipped given that the accommodation has a kitchen.

Nice apartment to stay

Big apartment with great kitchen and a nice view of the surrounding mountains. There is a Spar and a nice bakery right across the street. The old town is also nearby.

Can't really think of anything. Bear in mind that there is no local staff at the place, you enter the building and the apartment with a code you receive upfront.

Adequate apartment for the price

The apartment was in a good location. Communication with the access code to the apartment and location for parking was excellent.

The room was not very clean and had no independent temperature controls. I did not appreciate someone knocking on the door 90 minutes before check-out time asking when we were leaving.

Our stay in MyQuartier is excellent.

I like the location of the hotel. It is near the bus stop and supermarket. Plus the view outside the balcony is beautiful as you can see the Alps mountain from afar. Also, the location is 3 bus stops away from the Marktplatz which is near the Inner City.

Would not recommend to stay on the ground floor

Check inn was easy. Owner was picking up the phone immediately. Nice shower room.

Unfortunately my room looked different to the picture. It was on the ground floor. There was no 'soundproofing' at all - I could hear every door slam in the hallway. The front door, made of thick glass, closed extremely loudly, so I woke up several times during the night. The refrigerator was smelling so bad, even though it was clean. I am very sorry to write such a negative review, I am usually very happy with the hotels and apartments I stay in.

Very clean. Ease of communication. Location might be a bit far for some but we love to walk so it was great for us. Just shy of a 30 minute walk to Old Town along the river

The apartment lacked some of the basics in our opinion. There were only 4 hangers in the closet for 3 people staying 5 nights. No dresser/storage so no where to put clothes leaving all 3 of us living out of suitcases. The kitchen lacked some basics… no can opener, no microwave, no measuring cup. No salt and pepper. There was only one single mirror in the apartment, in the bathroom, making it hard for more than one person to get themselves together at a time. The living area was very sparsely furnished. A futon that doubled as the second bed and a tv mounted on the wall. So although neat and clean, yes, it was rather cold and sterile. Not a place that invited you to relax.

A door code system! We were there with a door code, we entered the code the door unlocked and open automatic and unfortunately somebody was inside that room. That was horrible for us and for them too. we were assigned to another apartment that was also unfortunately uncleaned, like somebody were in that bed and untidy, bathroom and towels were used and left uncleaned. The staff promise to give us the discount but they have changed their mind and that lead to our discussion later on. Worse experience ever.

Nice place to have city break in Innsbruck.

Great staff and contact with. They even bothered to send me lost things I have accidentaly left in apartment. Really clean and have everything needed for week stay. It is located near bike path near river. Lot of shops, quite close to city center.

Paid parking on the street. But Is in not that expensive (8 euros daily and free on weekends).

Disappointing value for money

The flat is located at only 20 minutes from the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are some shops and restaurants around. The code access is convenient so you can check in at any time after 4pm.

The kitchen appliances were very poor, there was a lot of dust on the different appliances and the bathroom area and the terrace/balcony were dirty. There was no place to leave the luggage before/after check in and only three capsules of coffee were left without any further conveniences. The hairdryer does not work properly.

Second bed was couch and it’s uncomfortable to sleep and at night 2:00 someone called on intercom indoor who was he and that person was calling again and again I don’t know who and how can call us at night . And all night people were in galarry smashing the door . Not at all peaceful

Very happy about this accommodation. Incredibly warm despite the Austrian winter.

We simply loved the place. The location, very handy for loads of public transports into town, the warmth of the place and the whole set up were very goo. Very nice and clean, with many little comforts.

It took us a bit to figure out how to get the hot water working, but that was a minor thing (hint: the two knobs on the bathroom wall).

Expensive and disappointing

Location

The shower leaked badly into the bathroom, flooding it and it was obvious that this had been going on for a long time, as the door to the room was clearly warped and swollen from water damage (so much so, the door was hard to open, as it scraped on the floor). The MyQuartier team were informed and, instead of doing something about it, decided it was more appropriate to deny there was an issue.

The property was clean and close to public transport.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. We have been staying in places throughout Europe and this bed was like a rock. Maybe a pillow top liner could be put on it before the fitted sheet. A few more plates and silverware would be nice. We also had some people enter our apartment on the last night. That suggests to me that the key codes are the same for all the apartments. That might not be the safest thing ever.
