Would recommend Faktorei for a warm, comfortable and easy Innsbruck experience.

Located centrally, Faktorei is in easy walking distance to the Old Town and transport. The welcome was warm and the cafe downstairs is excellent. Our room was a great size and very comfortable.

Great location and design but it is a bit expensive however I visited during christmas week so probably to be expected.

I really liked the location over the bridge so it’s very central but felt more of a neighborhood than tourist central. The owner was quite nice and my room while it didn’t have a window that opened they way she designed the bedrooms with a tiny little nook and the aesthetic of the room was very nice, clean and minimalistic but really nice.

Checking in on a Sunday at noon probably wasn’t the best as it is a full time restaurant too. The room also didn’t have a mirror anywhere besides the bathroom.

A stylish, relaxing atmosphere throughout - right in the heart of the city

So much thought has been put into the interior of both the cafe and rooms. The rooms were light and airy and had so much style. A nice touch was a built in speaker into the wall which was easy to connect too. Bed was super comfy and the shower, lighting, water etc was great.

wonderful big shower and comfortable large room with nice bed. Curtains could have offered a darker room but everything else was nice.

Wonderful hideaway

Everything! Anja runs a cafe in the bottom floor and rooms are above that! Our little balcony was over a courtyard and so nice! Anja invited to come fix a tea or coffee whenever we liked! I was not feeling well so this was really really nice! This property is right on the river and close to everything!

Amazing Service

Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. The staff even stored our luggage for us when we needed. The food at the café downstairs is great and the coffee is good too. The room itself is very large and well-maintained.

This was the best hotel overall for price and value of all the places we stayed in our vacation.

Everything. This hotel is so well organized. The rooms are very practical, pleasant, and livable. Every detail has been thought out, from hooks, shelves, lights, shower stall, large windows, great beds, a couch that is easily converted into a bed, and much more. The host, Anya, is so pleasant and informative about what to do in Innsbruck. We just had the best experience in this centrally located small hotel and I highly recommend it as a delightful boutique hotel.

The room doesn't have A/C so the room was a little warm and the loft where the bed was was even warmer, even with the windows open and a fan in the door. Rooms in the front of the hotel have A/C however.

Just a small tip (as we love to have a dark sleeping room) is to get darker curtains covering the balcony doors. it was quite see through in our room (room 12)

Extremely cozy stay, really close to the center.

Interior design is really clean and rooms are extremely cozy.

Some rooms don't have exterior-facing windows, but some are facing an interior hallway. The privacy is ok but you can't open it.

Superb

The staff was really nice, the room was very clean and modern and the breakfast was really nice :) the location is really good too and we got a welcome card which meant that we could use the public transport for free in the city :))

The only window in our room cant be opened and everyone from the inside of the hotel walking in can see directly in our bed, so we had to keep the blinds closed 24/7, meaning we didnt have any daylight in the room which wasnt great
