Relaxing familyrun hotel with excellent service

Lovely small hotel close to Nordketten bahn. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and mountain view over the Innsbruck amazing. Beds were comfortable and breakfast 5 star with very good selection even fresh fruit and berries. Free parking is available just outside. We had this as a base while skiing over the weekend in the region. Hosts vere very friendly and accommodating.

To reach hotel car is needed.

Best vacation ever

It was so cosy, so clean, renovated, comfortable, quiet. The view was stunning, especially the snowy grounds, breakfast was superb, the hostess so friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and the hall was arranged with modern and old stuff depicting the history of the house.

Bit hard to get to/from Innsbruck. Bit of a walk to a bus stop and not a walk you want to do at night, if taxi driver can figure out where it is then it is usually fine.

Amazing place to stay

We were traveling by public transport so from the hungerburg bus stop it is about a 15/20 minute walk down a quiet residential street area. The location was very quiet and private and has great views of the valley. Everything about this stay was great, we hope we get to stay there again!

Absolutely friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast option was amazing! Really gave you home-like classic bed and breakfast vibe that is missing these days. This place is also entirely family-run, and you can tell they put so much thought into everything.

The location is quite far from everything, and is somewhat hard to get to easily. If you're okay with daily Bolt rides, or 40 min roundtrip walks to the nearest bus stop, then it's not a problem.

Stunning location, amazing breakfast.

Stunning location, 25 min walk to the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck or the train down to the centre. Lovely big room, big bed and nice bathroom. Balcony was nice to sit out after a long day of walking. The breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE! I've never stayed anywhere with much on offer, the cold buffet was extensive and the highlight of our visit, the fresh fruit was very welcome. All the morning staff were very nice, helpful and happy to speak English as our German is pretty bad even though we try. The welcome card is really useful for discounts and travel. On the day of my birthday we return back to the room to a lovely gift box of chocolates ❤️

The pillows were not to our liking but I think that's just a personal thing. The room was a bit warm but we found a fan in the hallway which helped. We opted for self check-in as we arrived slightly early so sadly we didn't meet our hosts, it would have been nice to have met them on the first day for some local personal knowledge but we found the leaflets and books available very helpful as a guide.

Loved the location and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

No bar at the property so either had to sit in our room or go to a neighbouring restaurant. The food was great at the restaurant though.

What a charming place! The location, the view!!!, the property, the landlady, the staff, the decoration, the interior, the amazing breakfast, the organisation of everything is just fantastic and wonderful. This guesthouse is truly cared of by heart.

Wonderful B&B!!!! The room with balcony was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The staff were first class and I enjoyed every minute of my week long visit to Frau Hitt!!

Nice stay, hoped that we was there when it’s a nice weather.

Nice guesthouse with garden and outdoor playground for kids. Unfortunately, it’s rain on the day that we arrived. Still a very nice surrounding.

It would be better if a kettle or hot water is provided. Thanks for a nice lady who showed us that we could take a hot water from a coffee machine in the common area.

The hotel-pension was really comfortable and the owners were friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The room was very clean and comfortable and the space was perfect for us 2 adults and two toddlers. My kids loved the kids play room it was right near the breakfast room. The view was breathtaking and air was really fresh and natural up there at the property location. Parking was perfect right at the property in front of the entrance. The decorations and the real atmosphere of the property was perfect. We loved it. Thank you for everything

The equipment of the room When we arrived there there were nor soap neither shower gel...it would be nice to have a small kettle in the room and a couple of glasses/cups.It is impossible to drink any tea/coffee anywhere except for during the breakfast.

Location was great. Access to hiking trails and to gondola was excellent. Views were wonderful and access to the grass area outside the room was very nice on a sunny day.

Hard to find staff and get some questions answered. Were not aware until the second day that we had access to a three day city pass on all transit. Would have been nice to have that communicated to us closer to arrival. Staff was very helpful when we connected after breakfast.

Beautiful comfy beds and room. view is great. close to town but feels like it far away. close to great hiking. it’s wonderful.

the road up was tight and narrow and steep. I was fine but if you are a timid driver you will have concerns. it’s okay but be careful.
