Location and convenient parking. It was very quiet considering location of the hotel. Staff were very courteous.
Coffee machines and one of two elevators were broken. A little pricey.

Great hotel for Innsbruck

Location was the only great thing about this hotel.
Substandard room with no control on air conditioning or heating. Window was not a window but an opening into the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Check in staff was inefficient and took a very long time to complete inbound guests. Cost for a night did not equal to what we received.
