The hotel was very nice and elegant. The room was okay. The staff was great and kind, they were the best part.
The bathroom was not very clean and the tub shower head was broken. It sprayed water everywhere so we could not use it for the kids. The shower was okay but not a great option for littles.

Location was the only great thing about this hotel.
Substandard room with no control on air conditioning or heating. Window was not a window but an opening into the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Check in staff was inefficient and took a very long time to complete inbound guests. Cost for a night did not equal to what we received.
