Very helpful staff, excellent view of the mountains from the room, good breakfast in a pleasant room, the hotel backs on to a very interesting building (in architectural terms!)

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect...very very very central. The gym area is equipped with modern machines and os very clean. Washing machine and dryer were free of charge. When i visit again Innsbruck, this is were I'll stay again (this is my second time visiting Innsbruck and i feel a big difference from first location and this one..this one wayyy better).
Since we had to use the sofa as sofabad the space was limited but ok. There is no good coordination for the use of washing machine and dryer. For the amount of rooms there are in the hotel, i suggest you increase the machines and I also suggest the reception to have details of the people using it so they'll have control over it... (the machines take a lot of time yo finish and if the person does not pick up their clothes, the next person cannot use it for example we ended up picking up clothes from dryer at 1am).

Location was the only great thing about this hotel.
Substandard room with no control on air conditioning or heating. Window was not a window but an opening into the hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Check in staff was inefficient and took a very long time to complete inbound guests. Cost for a night did not equal to what we received.
