Perfect location! A quick walk to all the restaurants and shops but just outside so it was quieter. We had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The staff was so warm and welcoming and the room was wonderful. We had such a great experience here.

I booked a Superior Room for a better Alps view and requested a room not facing the train station and early check-in in advance. I understand these requests aren’t guaranteed, but I would appreciate to received a reply.
The room was nice, but it faced the train station and train noise was noticeable. The view included both the Alps and the station. Had I known, I would have booked a Classic Room at a lower price, as the experience would have been similar.
Staff was polite but impersonal and kind of disconnected from guests. Location is convenient, though the surrounding area was not the cleanest.
