Overall good stay in B(l)ack Home

- Good location and it is very near to Bus-stop - The hotel was good and quite model architecture - Check-in / check-out was smooth. - Room was quite big - Provided with all amenities like Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle - Room with backyard as we were in Ground Floor

- We booked for family room and the convertible bed (Couch to Bed) in the Hall is not comfortable. - The room was full of smoking smell (Not sure, how to opt for non-smoking room).

Good but will not be back

The modern style of the room. The staff were very helpful, kindly taking our stuffs before and after checking in/out. The bed was comfy. We had a pleasant sleep.

The location is quite far from the city, taking 20mins walk. The price isn’t cheap compared to what you get. The facilities/amenities could have been better. There were no single kitchen towels. The dining table was wobbly. No blackout curtain on one of the windows. All cutlery came in an exact set of three (we are three) so they didn’t take the fact that some might be used as shared spoons. The same goes to hangers and other amenities which were limited. They provided 40ml shower gels and shampoo for 3 ppls staying one night.

The property was close to bus stand and easily locatable.

Apart from reception, the corridors of the property were smelly. The room wasn’t clean and we had to call the staff to clean the room. The bedsheets and pillows had hairs all over. The kitchen bin was full from the last stay and wasn’t clean. The floor of the room was dusty too. We were told that the laundry was free over the phone, prior to the commencement of our stay and later at the desk we were charged 5 euros, which we don’t mind paying but it would be nice to know that there will be additional cost. Also, the laundry place was horrible. The machine and dryer weren’t working properly. We informed the team about it and they said that they will contact us once the machine a dryer is fixed but there was no information after. After waiting for so long, My husband had to clean the dirt from the filter of the dryer and dry the clothes. Also, the dryer took almost 2 hours to dry the clothes 🙁.

Good value for a nicely appointed modern mini apartment.

Super clean, plenty of room for 1 or 2, nice kitchenette with a Nespresso machine!! Only 2 pods provided, so bring your own if you’re a coffee lover like me. Great location for me. Close to the train station and ski jump, plus a bubbling tree lined brook across the street. I especially enjoyed the view through the glass walls and balcony.

Large Apartment Deluxe was good sized. Self check in. Secure parking for a fee. Clean room. Toiletries bag with dish washer soap. Basic kitchen. Coffee machine. Washing machine for cloths at parking level free of charge according to cleaning Lady. €5 according to man at reception when we checked in. Sound proof while window closed.

We had to ask for toiletries. It was not already in room when we checked in hours past official checkin time..Smoothness of self check in lost. Washing machine in bad condition. Dryer was not functioning. Our room being on Ground floor could not keep window open because of traffic noise.

Avoid like the plague

The maintenance guy was nice and very helpful. There's a great playground about 5mins walk from hotel.

The hotel is like a monet. Good looking from afar but up close a hot mess. The air conditioning didn't work, we had a clogged shower drain that required maintenance to come handle, the room smelled like smoke, the sofa bed with only 1 adult in it was painful and unpleasant, and the self check in screen needed signage so you weren't standing around waiting at the front desk.

The bed in room was folded, but than.... the floors were all smushy and full of some drops from wine or something(🤢).Windows were full of greasy fingertips like in movie Shining ...and when we had entered the room, a pack of squished cigarettes, burned out cigarette butts,and joint was in the ashtray.. for some people nice, for me disgusting...if people were looking for that impression of hotel room, people can just sleep under the bridge... Lady from reception was nice and helped us with check in Breakfast for 15 euros in which you get an aluminium plate, 4 brotchen and few piece of meat.. shame

Easy to reach, spacious, a good place to stay for 1 night.

Location - a 20 minutes walk from the train station The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, but for the person sleeping in the living room the street light was an inconvenience. The shower gel, body lotion, shampoo was a nice touch (beautifully wrapped). Our mini apartment was on the ground floor and it has a nice terrace, accessible from both rooms (bedroom and living room).

Location was far from city Center. Garage parking very expensive-12euro +5 euro city tax for 2 of us was additional charges.Though street parking just opposite hotel entrance was free after 7 pm to 9a.m.

Shower heads (rainfall & wand) and shower tiles (floor & wall) showed signs of calcium build-up which was not pleasant. On arrival, safe was locked "open" and required a visit to reception for an attendant to come and reset. Only x3 body & x3 hand towels, and x3 small bar soaps & x3 small bottles of shampoo/shower gel combo were provided for x3 people staying x2 nights = x12 showers. Admittedly, the towels were advised in advance, and the soap & shampoo/shower gels were replenished timely on request by a friendly attendant, but it would have been a nice touch had they been pre-stocked.
