Safety concerns as no security. I would not tecommend

The lock to enter the building did not work so strangers could walk in off the street which they did.. The lock on the apartment door was malfunctioning and the property management were unable to fix this do we did not stay as we felt very unsafe.

Great location but poor service and average accommodation

The location of the proprty was great and the price was good relative to other accommodation options at the time.

The sheet on our bed was ripped when we arrived. The shower head would not stay up so we had to crouch down to have a shower. Two light bulbs were not working.. The staff were quick to respond to communication however their responses were both inaccuratte and ineffective with regards to rectifying issues we faced. Staff said they would replace the ripped sheet but did not. Staff also told us that parking was free directly outside the property after we specifically asked. We recievd a parking ticket because the inforamtion we they gave us was wrong.

Oversold over priced under delivered

Location was close enough to city centre. Cleanliness was good.

It may be because it was ski world cup weekend but the prices were about 3x higher than I would expect from such a place. The facilities in the rooms were very average, especially for cooking and the second room for four was literally a bed and a twin sofa bed jammed together with no room for anything else and to top it off the shower had no hot water. I'm sure the remote key system is cost efficient for the management but it leads to zero human contact with the provider. I really cant recommend the place at all.

Relaxing and Spotlessly Clean

We had a lovely stay in Innsbruck City Chalet. The place was calm, relaxing, and very nicely decorated. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Customer service was excellent, and the self check-in was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

central location, friendly staff, cozy rooms

I loved the alpine designed rooms. I would recommend this chalet style hotel to everyone who likes a unique experience in the heart of Innsbruck. We enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Anela form the City Chalet Team who gave us very detailed instructions how to enjoy the nearby mountains.

Good location but needs better cleaning/maintenance

The location was very ideal close to the centre and train station. The room was very stuffy and a lot of dust! Under the bed was very dirty, and I was congested due to the high level of dust. The apartment is very basic equipped. Bed was comfortable.

The online check-in was poor. No instructions sent and broken links. Disconnected 4 times from help line. When finally answered codes did not work. Shower head broken and no shower curtain/ screen. Postage stamp size towels. Not worth the money or hassle.

Disappointed, not worth the money they charge. You can't contact anyone by call or on WhatsApp.

Very disappointed with this stay. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos—more like a student dorm. Definitely not suitable for more than one person. Facilities were poor: the kitchenette was barely usable, and the extra bed collapsed during the night. The bathroom was tiny, there was no AC, and none of the Wi-Fi networks worked. The TV didn’t function either. The neighborhood felt sketchy and uncomfortable to walk around in. Overall, the place is overpriced for what it offers. Not recommended for families or anyone expecting a basic level of comfort.

Facilities were created just to fill in boxes for each. Room was over before it started.

Good enough stay for one night

The apartment has all the basic amenities you need and I liked the attention to detail in terms of decor in the apartment. Great check in and check out process, and the apartment was located near most attractions we planned to visit.

The apartment was a whole lot smaller than I imagined. It is definitely not big enough to accommodate 3 people. The beds where extremely uncomfortable, and it was uncomfortably warm at first inside the room, it thankfully did cool off later on.

Close to city center with parking on the street always available, easy checkin. Easy and fast communication

The front door wasn't working properly which could have caused problems. One of the other rooms didn't respect quiet times, with a toddler that's not negotiable. The room needs better refreshing in between guests, we stayed 2 nights and ran out of toilet paper and soap/shower gel, which isn't convenient

it was serviceable, that’s all.

most minimal imaginable. coffee pod machine but no cups. old bedding and thin blankets. Tiniest shower ever with broken doors. no tv. staff didn’t even say good morning. location not convenient to anything. parking instructions unclear, resulting in a police visit, threatened towing and fine payable on the spot. this one is for 18 year old ski bums with little money, but it is not a good value.
