Motel One Innsbruck

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share some feedback. While there were a few things I genuinely appreciated — such as the nice view and the friendly staff — I also left feeling somewhat disappointed. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. I found hair on the towels and a stain on the bedsheet, which was quite discouraging. The bathroom had a leakage issue, and the sink was unfortunately broken, making the stay less comfortable than hoped. Additionally, the room lacked several basic items, such as a water kettle and glass cups. Having only one trash bin in the entire room was also inconvenient. I believe the hotel has good potential thanks to its view and staff, but the maintenance and room amenities need improvement. Personally I may not choose Motel One chain hotel anymore.

We love the place as it is very near to the station, easy for us to move around. Although the room is quite small, the view is spectacular.

This hotel is few steps from the train station, yet absolutely no noise, and area is very pleasant (unlike some station areas in other cities). View of the mountains is amazing - try to get room facing mountains. No coffee in room, though you can ask and they let you into the breakfast buffet to get coffee. Or, coffee shops at the station and city are steps away. Highly recommended, very clean and pleasant. This is not a motel despite the name, but solid hotel.

We paid more than *** for one room and we stayed two nights. There are no facilities in the hotels. We asked many times to clean the room but they didn’t. Was no more toilet papar as well. Staff and motel it’s suitable for a hostel category. No worth the money I spent.
