The location was great, easy access to the funicular to Innsbruck and the cable car to the top of Innsbruck. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable.

We got to check in early. There was no air conditioning but the room was cool enough and had a very powerful fan which was great. The views from the room were amazing because you're up on the hill overlooking Innsbrook and the mountains. Great location, very close walking distance to the bus stop and cable car. Breakfast was quite good although not outstanding. Bedding and mattress were very comfy. Overall great value place to stay.
I agree with the other reviews that the glass bathrooms are strange if you're not very close with the person that you're sharing a room with.

Nice place, friendly staff, dog friendly. Quick to get downtown with Hafelekarbahn (free with KlimaTicket) or up to Nordkette. Quite nice view from the balcony, quiet, easy for (dog) walks. Good breakfast and one can get lunch/dinner in the place, too. Excellent value for money, esp. considering it is in Innsbruck.
It's a nice place. I was not bothered by see-through top half of the glass door to the bathroom.

The location was ideal, close to the cable car to take on to the Hafelekar mountain.
The hotel had no parking spaces of its own, so I had pay every morning for the public car park nearby, which was a bit of a faff. The bathroom had a transparent glass door, which meant that privacy was compromised.
