    Check-in process a little complicated (automated self check-in) but otherwise the apartment is clean and functional. Only issue was that there is no ventilation (we traveled during the 'heatwave' in Europe) and we had to open both the front door and the balcony to cool the room down.

    We’re 3 adults , we stayed here for 3 nights… on the 1st night our extra bed collapsed before we could sleep, bathroom basin was completely clogged … complained about it but the response came after 11.30 am when we’re already out on our itinerary because we’re tourist and we need to explore… can’t sit in room for change of room at property’s own convenience. Even the room heating System was not working properly. My only concern is the the poor response time and inappropriate service.
