    This was the most modern hotel i have ever been to. All computerized. All clear instructions were given to us prior to check in so we don't have a hard time going into our room. The room itself was clean. There were complimentaries. One thing i really liked is the complimentary coffee with coffee machine. Feels premium. Bathroom and toilet is different cubicle which i find good especially for for us 3 persons. All ameneties were complete with mugs , glass, microwave. Etc etc. Just all good. Unfortunately we only spend one night. But if we will come back to innsbruck we will definitely book this property again. Highly recommended👍

    Arrived at 9am there are no staff onsite as it is self check in but there is a number you can contact and it was easy to get through, we could use a locker in the basement for 5€ to store our bags and 10€ for early check in from 12:00 The area is really nice and the hotel looks great from the outside, we got inside our room and it was very clean and felt like luxury especially for the price, there is utensils, cookware, a hob, kettle, coffee machine, teas and coffee provided and a little cosmetic bag with body wash soap etc The beds are sooooo comfy and the rooms are really warm, the water pressure is great in the shower and the views are really nice Also there is a bus stop near the hotel that has really great transport options to hikes and the city centre So basically it’s a really great place in my opinion :)

    We’re 3 adults , we stayed here for 3 nights… on the 1st night our extra bed collapsed before we could sleep, bathroom basin was completely clogged … complained about it but the response came after 11.30 am when we’re already out on our itinerary because we’re tourist and we need to explore… can’t sit in room for change of room at property’s own convenience. Even the room heating System was not working properly. My only concern is the the poor response time and inappropriate service.
