Was clean, mostly as expected

Sofa bed was missing sheets despite booking the room for 3 people. No hot water in the morning for a shower.

Too expensive for what it is

Location, room n. 8 was just okay for 3 people.

Pillow are too thin, shower was leaking and had no window. Definitely not worth the price we paid

Not worth the money

Location.

Rooms are too small for 3 people - we couldn’t even open our luggages. Pillow are very thin and not comfortable. Construction works starting at 7am.

Close to city! The bed was very comfortable!

We should have been advised that we would be living in a construction site. Wet, muddy and a little noisy! Handles on door to bathroom fell off, quite dangerous as the door locked! When leaving the room the fridge turned off. The mirror in the bathroom was way too low! The windows were either unfinished or the blinds too high to reach! Having to pay an extra 10Euro was a rip-off - there was no people in the room the previous night and it was just a money raising exercise to add 10Euro to the cost of the apartment!

Not again!

The location was good, close proximity to many tourist attractions.

The whole contactless check in concept of not being able to converse with a human, no idea where to park, the bathroom door handle was broken, no amenities provided in the bathroom so please remember to carry your own stuff, the bed was super uncomfortable and omg!! The breakfast was awful! Never ever had such horrible ‘breakfast’ ever! It’s just kept in a trolley outside somewhere which you have to ‘go figure’. Ridiculous!

We were satisfied with the accomodation, it is modern, spacious, well-equipped. We faced minor inconveniences (entry card not working, missing hairdryer), but the staff answered immediately and resolved everything.

There were several dusty spots in the apartment, but overall far from dirty. Cleaning staff could also double-check the washing machine, it was packed with unwashed stuff when we arrived.

Very stylish. Supermarket close by and taxi from the train station 9 euros. Cafe across the road. Our trip was a quick overnight transfer but would definately book again when returning to innsbruck. Thank you!

Great idea, but really lacks cleanliness and organization

We liked the type of hotel, really good idea. Everything works autonomously, there is a small kitchen in the room.

Room was EXTREMELY dirty. Everything was covered in dust, in wardrobe there were pieces of chips, mirror and windows were dirty, dishwasher had dishes of previous guests. No soap for dishes. We paid for parking, but when we came to hotel in the evening - a large sewage vehicle was blocking the entrance for more than an hour, so we ended up parking on the street and paying again. Plus, check out time is 10:30, but at 9:50 a cleaning person just entered our room and expected us to get out.

The apartment is very clean. Has everything all facilities . Very beautiful view from the window.Close to all bus stops . 10 minutes from the city centre.

20 minutes walking from city center.

Room is very small for 3 persons, when we booked it was stated 25m², but it feels less, maybe it was calculated with bathroom (which is big). There is no hangers for jackets, so you have to put them on the chair. Glasses and other galley utensils were not clean.

Good location but very uncomfortable beds.

Good location most things in walking distance. Room was toasty warm during the cold snowy weather. Good shower.

Beds are very hard especially the spare bed for extra person. Honestly like sleeping on a concrete slab. Property should invest in some good mattress toppers! Coffee machine was faulty and didn’t work, also a very sparse selection of tea/coffee & no lights fitted to the loose wires above the kitchen unit and so it was difficult to see what we was doing with the kitchen being dark interior.

The view from our room was excellent!

We found a leftover towel from previous guests in our bathroom, and the trash from the bathroom wasn't cleaned out either. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. The checkout time is at 10:30, and the check-in time is ~15:00, which gives plenty of time to clean the room. Our friends lived in the other room, which was cleaner, but the dishwasher was on when they entered the room, and it kept going for 4 more hours, which is weird, so they had to forcefully turn it off. And the dishes were still dirty.

Nice modern room, good location, quiet and nice view of the mountains, easy contactless chenk-in, functional kitchen.

The room was not 100% clean - carpets had a bunch of dust and dirt on them, there were many long dark hairs on the white bedsheets, the TV didn’t work (had 0 channels and didn’t connect to Wifi) and when I wrote the hotel it seemed that someone would come in the morning to help with this but nothing happened. There were a bunch of small things that made it seem like you are not cared for really as a guest.
