Friendly staff, easy check in and out, immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds. Great location for a one night stopover, as we arrived into the train station in the afternoon, and needed the bus to the airport the next morning (bus stop for airport line is just outside the building). Perfect.

Great location with friendly staff for a decent price

Location was great in terms of getting around the city. Major train station located right below the hotel, supermarket across the street and major bus station at a short walking distance. Staff was very friendly and room was simple, but sufficient and clean.

I'm used to sleeping with windows open which wasn't an option here as the street below my room was very loud. Some of the breakfast items didn't feel fresh (the vegetables)

Nice stay but will need some maintenance.

The rooms were as expected from Ibis. Compact and with all amenities. The breakfast was nice and quite widespread. The hotel is located just on top of the train station. The way in is either through an escalator or an elevator. The hotel being very near to the train station, is a bit of a walk(8 mins) from the old town square. The area around the hotel is not a tourist area and is very calm. All the hustle and bustle is around the old town area specially after sunset. The reception does keep the luggage before check-in if you are before time.

The room lacked some maintenance. Like in my room, the bathroom door was not getting locked. The door had increased in size due to moisture. It did not create an issue for us but its not expected from a Ibis hotel. The rooms had no electric kettle. its inconvenient to go down to the lobby to have warm water, tea and coffee every time. It would have been better if the rooms had the kettle itself.

Great location, especially if you come via train. Rooms are good size. Beds are comfortable. Aircon. Sockets by the bed.

Good location and the known Ibis Styles interior. Looks modern and vibrant. Breakfast was better then expected! Staff was friendly

The location and the friendly staffs make it a comfortable stay.

1) Surprised to learn that the Location is very near the train and bus station. 2) Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. 3) Allow early check in. 4) Free Luggage storage before check in and after check out. 4) Quiet except can hear neighbour’s toilet door being pushed hard as there is no lock to it.

1) The room is small comparatively to the price we paid for the other hotels in Austria . 2) No kettle, coffee/tea in the room. 3)The air conditioner is hot in April…. We sweat most of time in the room.

Absolutely fine for our needs

Super location, very secure, friendly staff, and relaxed. Clean rooms. Very basic but quite alright for an overnight. We only needed a place to sleep.

No coffee... OMG. There was tea. But no coffee in the foyer. We didn't get the breakfast with the room, but for heaven's sake, if you're offering free tea, please, please, please, have coffee.

Excellent location, slightly below average experience.

Excellent location - you can take an elevator right to the main train station hall. Helpful staff. 24/7 reception. The hotel itself was quiet (but if you like sleep with an open window thats a no - outside is very noisy - the hotel is obviously right at the bus and train station). Windows were able to block the sound though - no complaints there. We did not hear a sound from other rooms - great!

Very bad pillows, bed sheets were through a lot - clean but really worn out: ripped and old. The shampoo gave me rash. Annoying elevator - really slow, its is probably programmed to always stop at the level 1, even when nobody gets on and off. The room cards were malfunctioning and we had to get them reset couple of times -strange and inconvenient.

Overall really enjoyed the stay, great budget hotel.

Nice and warm, great shower, big room and mountain view. Central location.

Would have been good to have a kettle to make warm drinks. Free wifi is good for emails, but was not reliable for video calls.
