Great Vacation and a Awesome Experience

Perfect location with a tram/bus stop right out front! Breakfast was beyond my expectations and delicious every morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

A place to spend a night (or two)

Reasonably priced accommodation in Innsbruck (unfortunately Innsbruck is not cheap) . Not too far from the city center. Breakfast included in the price and the possibility of parking a car are a bonus

ok stay for one night

parking was good, they were able to offer us a secure place in a garage for the night. staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was spacious.

unfortunately, pillows werent very comfortable and although the duvet covers seemed clean, there were gross stains which were unpleasant to know you were sleeping with. one of our bedside table lamps didnt work and the bathroom wasnt the best.. but was functional. basic selection of food for breakfast and unfortunately the coffee machines coffee wasnt great

Nice bathroom. Bright lights in the room and bathroom. Not too warm or cold. Staff was helpful and did their job as expected. The room was simple, but clean and with new(ish) furniture.

Very noisy. The room itself had a lot of echo due to the wood floor and plain walls, no carpet or furniture to dampen the sound. But I could hear everything from my upstairs neighbor, he arrived home after midnight each night, loudly talking on the phone, taking showers, walking around until morning. I barely slept a few hours.

Spacious room, kind and helpful staff, breakfast with good coffee options and fried eggs, also suitable for vegetarians. Flexible booking / cancellation policy, which gave me a lot of comfort booking for a not yet confirmed trip.

The location is half an hour on foot from the center, relatively expensive for the location (and the summer, i.e. non-skiing season).

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were a decent size and clean, breakfast was lovely and varied. Tram stops to centre right across the road.

The light in one of the rooms was too dim. No extractor fans in the bathrooms.

The room was spacious. That's all i have to say. I became sad right now. Again.

This hotel is very sad. And all the people became sad also when staying here. It reminds me how the bad things were in the 70's. Not only the furniture, but the breakfast, the dining room, the mood, the people, everything. This is a time machine. But not a funny one. It probably has been a student hostel in the past.

Good place for exploring the city and its surroundings

The hotel is located 30 minutes walk from Innsbruck center. The tram station is in front of the hotel. A railroad in front of the hotel and Innsbruck airport nearby do not disturb too much. The spacious table in the room is useful for trip planning.

The Booking interface enables the selection of room types (double/twin), and tells that reservation of car parking is needed. From the hotel, we got information that they will try to satisfy our request on room type and that the car parking is "first come first serve". Finally, we got the twin room and parking was not a problem, but the description of the hotel should be improved.

The hotel is situated in good location. Walkable distance to some restaurants and a shopping mall. Free parking. Breakfast is simple,but ok. Enough space for three persons & beds .

Older, but well maintained hotel with spacious rooms. So kind and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices.

Helpful staff, cozy breakfast

We arrived late after 23:00. The staff called us to describe how to get our key in the keybox. The parking behind the hotel is easily full, but they share a tip that you can move your car on the next morning. The breakfast was tasty.

Breakfast was bad. Stick to the cereals if you go down. I skipped the second day because the first day was honestly gross

I work in hospitality. I checked my bag the day I checked out which was very nice of them. I came back and stayed a while to charge my phone (no chargers in the waiting room, there is a plug on the wall beside the doors). That's all grand. When I go to leave I put down my tote bag which has a selection of beers I found and was going to take back with me. One broke. Totally my fault. I go to tell reception. The woman has a venemous look in her eye as I apologize profusely and offer to clean it up myself. She then brings a mop, cleans it a tiny bit and then berates me telling me it's not okay and there are paying customers waiting for her and all kinds of things in that vein. Honestly, it was completely out of line and so rude. I picked up the glass myself and was very apologetic. I don't know, it rubbed me the wrong way. I spent over 200 euros on two nights there and although my mistake was inconvenient I don't think I deserved to be treated that way. The rooms are kinda gross and haven't been updated since the 90s and the way she acted was not cool.i only booked her because i was last minute but if you are booking in advance I would recommend anywhere else.
