Fantastic

Fantastic hotel if travelling too and from Innsbruck airport as it is a short 5 mins walk. Also a short bus Journey to the centre of Innsbruck. Or if you fancy a walk in to the centre along the river Inn 20 mins. Property clean up to date very friendly staff always happy to help. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

A very good place to stay in Innsbruck

Free parking, good location near the airport and the highway, but well connected, by bus, to the city centre, it takes a few minutes. By two night stay, you'll get a welcome card and travel by bus for free. The room is clean and comfortable, sound proof, so you don't hear the planes taking off. Nice spa area, very good breakfast, the staff very helpful and polite...

While just two minutes from the airport, it was wonderful being provided a free taxi (Uber) and the driver was superb, carrying out bags to reception. The staff were sensational- reception so brilliant, breakfast team unbelievable, bar staff and one of two domestic team (the elder of the two) excellent. Communication from moment of booking was the best I’ve experienced. Welcome Card was so useful and bus to city very convenient. Thank you for making our trip memorable on top of the best Christmas Markets and Top of Innsbruck attraction. We recommend Speckeria (platters)and MamaMia (pizza/pasta) restaurants. We’ll be back!

Would have liked to be able to make a cuppa first thing in our room. It wasn’t clear that at breakfast it was possible to order something direct from the kitchen, e.g. bacon and fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, etc. Perhaps we missed reading it somewhere. On Saturday at 9.45am there were no scrambled eggs left and a sign was put in the tray saying it was finished! We thought breakfast is until 10am. This morning (Sunday) it seemed breakfast was served until later than 10am but I’m unsure where that was advertised. A later start Sunday always appreciated. However, these thoughts shouldn’t detract from what is the best hotel team ever 10+/10. Thank you 😊

Above Expectations

This was my second stay and the staff were just as helpful and hospitable. The night manager made me a cappuccino at 5 AM before breakfast was open, when I had an early flight.They accommodated us with early and late check in/check out. The close proximity to the airport and a nice restaurant made it perfect for the start and wrap up of our Austrian stay.

Comfortable, large room having a nice mountain view (quiet fridge, ok internet; good bed, bathroom); walking distance (5 mins) to airport; frequent bus connection (F) to city centre (10 - 15 mins).

Chose this hotel, despite it being out of the centre and not close to shops / restaurants, because it had a restaurant (so I wouldn't have to travel by bus back and forth to the centre again to have dinner at night, when already tired from earlier daytime activities), but then learned upon arrival that the restaurant would be closed at night during my stay. Would have expected to be informed of this during booking.

Goo size room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking, 10 minutes bus to centre. Also given free public transfort welcome cards.

Room air conditioning, could not lower temp below 20C. It was hot in the night. Also hotel staff, one lady said she will ask maintenance to reduce temp to 17 C but other lady said its centrally controlled and temp cannot be lowered further

Short stay to Innsbruck

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made the trip get off with a good start. The room was spacious and well equipped. Given the location of the hotel, the bus service was easily accessible and made travel into the heart of Innsbruck and back extremely easy. The breakfast service with nice strong coffee was also a great way to start the day, with a variety of foods and friendly waiting staff.

Perfectly placed, just a short walk from the airport, which BTW, is a very smooth pavement, great for trolleys. Also there's a bike rental area right at the entrance for cheap rides to the city. The room is comfy and there's a luggage/skis storage area.
