Lovely nice, clean hotel with amazing breakfast

Lovely hotel, very clean rooms, Nice sauna. Breakfast was amazing, 5* strange thing that restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. received slippers and bathrobes for the sauna, which was a bonus.

Leipziger Hof is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice decorated with a nice bathroom. It provided bathroom amenities, i.e. shower gel, shampoo, great mirror and the lighting was very nice as well. The hotel has a tram stop right in front of it and the city center is easily accessible and it is free when you stay I think 2 nights. The Breakfast and dinner we had was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful and the check in was very fast. The best thing though is the sauna area with relaxing beds and massage chairs. All very clean.

Nothing really, apart from the carpark (that needs to be paid for) is down a very narrow drive but this isn't really a negative.

Order off the menu for breakfast, spacious rooms, free public transport pass, lovely view of the snow topped mountain from the room.

Would have been handy to have a small fridge in the room.

• Great central location • Little park out the front • Tram outside the door - well connected • Mountain view to the right ⛰️ • Decent breakfast • Comfortable room - bed and aircon

• There is not a bar despite the description ⛔🍷⛔but you can order a drink in the lobby under the watchful gaze of reception personnel. • Bedroom smelled of blocked drains • Bedroom floor not clean and never cleaned during our stay

Fantastic choice for a stay in Innsbruck

The room was so spacious and clean. The facilities were in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the hotel and it was a short walk to the Christmas Markets. The hot water kettle and selection of teas was excellent ! There was ample street parking outside and since parking is free on Sundays it was only €4.20 to stay till checkout after free parking ended at 9 am the following day. Highly Recommended!

The housekeeping staff did NOT knock and entered the room around 9 am. I had read this in other reviews and can confirm it happened to us too. We were only staying the one night but I can see this being very awkward and inappropriate for longer stays. Its a great place to stay so please fix this @Lepzinger Hof!!!

A pleasant stay

The location seems far from the main center but it's a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. The room was spacious and modern. The walk-in shower was separate from the toilette, which was in the bedroom, but it had a great shower head and plenty of hot water. There's enough electrical sockets for recharging your devices. Breakfast had plenty of options. The friendly staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful, they even brought up an extra pillow that I had requested. They have secure outdoor parking as well as an underground garage, perfect for motorcycles.

Sparkling clean place for a good sleep

Super clean, towels felt new and unused, very comfortable bed and nice double pillow. We had a great sleep.

Excellent hotel! Close by to the train station too

There was a small fire during our stay, but the staff handled it excellently. They were professional and caring to the customers, and while we waited they served us coffee. Really great job!

Highly recommend

The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and so hard working - every one of them. The location was great. Just a fairly short walk to old town and 35 min walk to the ski jump. Breakfast was fantastic - plentiful and varied with great coffee and freshly squezzed orange juice. Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Great shower. The sauna and stream room were also great. Parking on site was a bonus but it is quite a narrow alleyway through to get there

No fridge or mini bar in the room for cold milk or water. Booking.com says there is one. There was a kettle and coffee in the room though.

Room was large and had plenty of extra chairs to sit. The breakfast was fantastic - eggs, smoked salmon, a variety of meats and cheeses as well as croissants and danish. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Close to both the Olympic Arena and old town.

Convenient location & comfortable rooms

The breakfast was good - we ordered eggs one day and french toast another. The location was much closer to downtown than i expected - very walkable, and the tram stop is only 1 block away as well. The staff is very friendly too.

The room was nice, we asked for a renovated one The breakfast was really lovely includes variety of foods (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options) The SPA was brand new and spacious (sauna, steam cabin, relaxing room)

hospitality and service is excellent . we stayed 4 nights the reception staff ate very helpful and welcoming and breakfast is very good . special thanks to receptionist lady Ms. sheyaga and restaurant staff Ms ganny or gammy :)

Lovely holidays

The smiles on every personnals were really appreciable. Thanks a lot for this memorable journey. The sauna and hammam free were perfect after a long day of skiing. Moreover, the ski equipments storage was very usefull.

Very nice and big rooms. Breakfast spread was good and yummy included in the cost.

The room is a bit far from city center but no issues with the Innsbruck card which gave us access to free transportation around the town.
