A lovely hotel with a beautiful rooftop spa in an outstanding central location

Location was perfect for exploring the city and the Christmas markets, as well as stunning views of the Alps. The two spas are excellent and high quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was extremely cosy and comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty but very chaotic. Too many people and not enough space to enjoy the buffet. Would also have appreciated some more clarity on what is required for the “textile free” spa. Once we got there it was fine but we weren’t sure what the dress code was before we visited.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was spacious and clean, the pool and spa had warmed towels. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was great right by the river.

The spa does get quite busy in the evenings but we still enjoyed going.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location

This hotel gave serenity whilst being so central. The facilities were excellent and so clean. The staff were tentative but not invasive. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the range at the bar was good quality. I could not fault my stay.

Delighted with our experience

We really enjoyed our stay — the staff was very friendly and welcoming, parking was convenient with an electric charging station, and the location was excellent. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The golden pool and sauna were a great bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

Very nice stay in the heart of Innsbruck

Great spot to spend the night while passing by beautiful Innsbruck. Very good location, next to the city center, very good breakfast and good room size for 3 people. We could even check in early. Really recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing wellness & spa! Even the hotel was fully booked the spa and wellness area was not packed with people.

The steam room unfortunately was not functioning on the second day of our stay, which was a bit disappointing, because we loved it a lot! I bet it was some sort of malfunctioning, but there were no warning signs for that. Perhaps it was communicated through app, which you can install on the phone.

Not adequate no of clothes hangers, not much storage space, no stirrer in the coffee making area, no milk (although they supply fresh milk on request).

Great location, comfy beds

Super comfy beds, great location, super clean room. I was going on a mountain adventure and had cycled to Innsbruck. The hotel let me store my bike and bags for the duration of my hike (without extra charge). It took a lot of stress off and ensured a smooth transition from cycling to hiking. Thank you!!

I went to the pool one afternoon, and there was a family there and their children were screaming and splashing. Unfortunately, the pool is quite small and if people aren't considerate, there's no way for you to enjoy the experience. I left after it was clear they didn't care.

Excellent location. Staff congenial.

Reception area really dated and awkward layout. A large group was in bar and suitcases filled the lobby. Could not turn off bathroom light and reception had no idea how it functioned. Appeared to be on a timer? Finally turned off. The lighting switches were in odd places

Great location esp at Christmas with the markets.

I loved the spa upstairs and that it was away from the pool.

There was one server that was a bit dismissive because of a Christmas party that was taking place in the restaurant portion and we were by the fire for cocktails.

Lovely hotel within easy reach of centre of Innsbruck and the autobahn. Had a lovely room and the pool in the basement and spa facilities were lovely, especially having spend the previous 9 hours in the car driving. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was good but felt a bit overpriced for what we had. Maybe we should have gone out to explore Innsbruck more for food. Breakfast was good quality. Piano bar for drinks was very chilled and staff were super helpful and friendly. Remember to give your parking ticket to reception when you check out to get a discount if you are using the nearby underground car park.

even with the discount parking was still quite expensive.
