Good stay

Good hotel. Comfortable. Location was good with a car.

We needed some help for a doctor and the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to be happy to help us.

Generous breakfast. Spacious room. Reachable location by public transport. Helpful & friendly staffs . Super clean. Amazing views from our window ! Great value for money overall

Sofa-bed wasn't the most comfy for adults. But passable if it's for kids . Not a big issue tho

Family getaway at a family run hotel - affordable price nice location.

Great location - walking distance from metro. We were a family of 4 - we were arriving late and they were kind enough to wait for us when we called them before hand. The room was very comfy. But as any other european hotel, no airco. But they were nice enough to provide a fan. The breakfast was included, and it was standard continental. The breakfast staff as well as the other staff was very nice! Gave a feel of a family run hotel. They also gave us a lot of good advise on where to go about in Innsbruck. Affordable price. Free parking.

Nothing in particular. outside our windows was another hotel/property that had this annoying lights in the hallway that was set on motion sensor or something and it went on and off every now and then.

Pleasant stay near Innsbruck for travellers with a car

Decent single room with all needed facilities. Clean. Staff were helpful and plenty of parking. Also breakfast offers most choices compared to other restaurants in the region.

You’ll have to take a bus to Innsbruck old city. But given the onsite parking which was what I most needed, I can’t complain.

Not a great stay

Was charged for an extra person - my child even though it was already in my booking. Arrived for breakfast late (5 minutes after time) and no accommodation was made for my children or any offer made. Lady at reception Elke was rude when I explained my child is 15 and not an adult. As I was running late I paid the extra charge but I do not recommend this stay. Won’t be returning.

Understanding my booking was already made and paid for the right people and some polite manners would be nice.

I had a great time, and I'd visit again.

Breakfast was a typical continental style breakfast. I'm a vegetarian but there was plenty choice of cheeses, and eggs were also available. Coffee was a proper bean to cup machine, and fruit juices and muesli were available. Staff didn't immediately switch the conversation to English, which was good because I like to practise and improve my German speaking.

I'd have preferred it if there were a couple of pillows on the bed, rather than just the one.

Would come again

A spacious room, a nice bathroom with a bath, everything in impeccable condition, very clean. A nice view of the mountains. Although not that close to the city centre, but close to a tram station. Delicious breakfast. Free parking in an underground garage just adjacent to the hotel.

My room was at the top floor under the roof (a mansard room), consequently it was very hot in the night making it hard to sleep. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a fan which didn't cool the room down a lot.

Firstly we loved the location. It was beautiful. With tram station just a walk away it was very convenient. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

My stay was short, but comfortable in Hotel Kapeller. I would stay there, again.

My total stay was extremely comfortable and the staff was way friendly, more than helpful. They made me feel at home. The room was modern and uber comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. the views around the hotels and the town, are breathtaking and spectacular!!! In short, I will return to Innsbruck and would like to stay in Hotel Kapeller

Nothing not to like. Well, one superficial thing. I love coffee all day and 24 hour coffee would be great!!! But, tha tis my being selfish.

Great location. Clean comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast.

No AC in the heat of the summer but with windows open and a fan it was bearable at night. Too hot inside during the day.

Exceptional

Superb reception desk. Whenever I contacted them, the staff were always willing to help and thoughtful. The breakfast was good; everyone should be able to find something tasty to eat and drink. There's an underground garage and a fan in each room. These help to fight scorching days. Great localisation to access Bergisel or as a one night stand (highway is nearby)

The secondary bed was creaking; it'd be much more comfortable if it weren't. Not a big deal though

we could not control the temperature of the room and it was too warm. they raised their prices too much over the holiday, so the value was not worth it- but there weren’t many options.

the location is only two minutes from the main highway and only 5 km’s from the ski resort of Igls. good quality rooms and good breakfast buffet.

unfortunately they dont have a restaurant for dinner.
