Ideal central location with secure parking.

Excellent location in the old centre with good adjacent parking facilities. Apartment had good kitchen and bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. The owner was very helpful, contacted us a couple of days in advance and met us to hand over keys and run through essential information for the stay.

The apartment was roomy but in common with many classical older buildings quite a bit of the space is not well utilised. The furnishings are functional and utilitarian rather than comfortable and it’s ability to service 4 people with a drop down bed in the lounge impacts the comfort potential for a 2 person apartment.

A great apartment in a terrific location (and only one short flight of stairs)! Ulivo apartment is exactly as advertised. Michele, the host, was very responsive in planning our trip and when our flight was delayed until late in the evening, he was accommodating and able to open the door remotely. We have stayed in many locations in Europe and this visit will always be remembered as one of the very best. The proximity to the fruit and veggie market turned out to be super-convenient as we could stock up on fresh foods to cook in our own, fully-stocked apartment. We easily walked to the Christmas market, museums, shopping, and bus and train depots, yet the apartment is just far enough off the busy streets that the nights were quiet. I highly recommend Bolzano and would return to Ulivo--summer or winter--with absolutely no reservations.

Superb

Fabulous and quiet apartment right in the centre. Michele was super helpful and met us to direct us into the parking. Having private parking very close was a real bonus for us. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The bed in particular is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the neighbour underneath the balcony smoked heavily and the smell came into the open windows or to us if we were sat on the (very much appreciated) balcony.

Quello che non va......

Posizione eccezionale. Tutto il resto appena sufficiente.

L'alloggio al piano terra si presenta trascurato e poco accogliente. La cucina di affaccia su un piccolo giardinetto,dove vive un gatto con cuccia ,che giustamente fa la sua vita con i suoi bisogni.Giardino?completamte trasandato con persiane ed infissi scrostati e senza luce per la notte.L'ingresso al tunnel che ti porta all'alloggio e scuro,poco illuminato,con scalini non segnalati,non adatto a donne sole.L'ingresso all'appartamento è angusto e scomodo.Non c'è vista ed entrando ti senti soffocare.Odore di stantio. In cucina il frigorifero è completamente vuoto,senza una bottiglietta d'acqua.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia invito la proprietà a controllare sotto i mobili della cucina.Essendomi scivolato un apricancello sotto la lavastoviglie,cercando di recuperarlo ho trovato reperti storici di vecchia data: polvere,porcheria varia,oggetti non meglio identificati.La proprietà può verificare E si che il costo della pulizia è stato di 80 euro..Le foto inserite nei midia dell'alloggio al piano terra non corrispondono all'alloggio del piano terra assegnatoci. Insomma,visto il prezzo dell'alloggio il rapporto qualità prezzo, a mio avviso, è molto basso. Ottima invece la possibilità di avere un posto macchina molto vicino all'alloggio ad un prezzo di euro 18 al giorno. Sicuramente non ci tornerei. Bolzano ha alternative più valide.
