Nuova, ristrutturata con gusto, pulita, piccoli comodi particolari per il primo giorno come le cialde di caffè, le bustine di zucchero, una spugnetta e detersivo di marca, piumini nuovi (non usati perché era caldo, ma di ottima qualità), lenzuola di qualità, ben coibentata perché fuori 35’ ma in casa Max 25 , comunque aria condizionata silenziosa, accesso comodissimo, zona silenziosa
Le luci con le lampadine molto forti e efficaci ma a vista, non schermate quindi fastidiose,anche quella del comodino e mancava una abajour sul secondo comodino, i cuscini troppo soffici senza alternativa , le piante esterne non curate

Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet, direkt am Radweg in die Innenstadt 10 Min. (= Etschradweg) Fahrräder konnten wir mit in die Wohnung nehmen, da langer Flur ( Wohnung Rosso) Tageslichtbad, Küchenzeile nicht benutzt, für größere Kochaktionen etwas wenig Geschirr. Terrasse wegen des Wetters nicht genutzt - liegt direkt an der ruhigen Straße. 2 Bars für 's Frühstück direkt um die Ecke + Wochenmarkt Donnerstags

Struttura funzionale ed in ottima posizione logistica. Il personale, anche se solo da remoto, è gentile e sempre disponibile.
Alcune cose appaiono trascurate, forse per la gestione esclusiva in remoto: una lampadine non funzionante, l’abat-jour con la presa piegata, mobili polverosi o frettolosamente spolverati. Con un pizzico di cura in più la qualità si alzerebbe nettamente.

Zimmer relativ schmutzig, Fugen in der Dusche recht versifft. Leere Schlüsselbox beim Check in... Terrassentür ließ sich fast nicht öffnen.
