Good location and clean space . Perfect for 2 people . Price is on the higher side but that’s Bolzano.

Location is good . Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean.

It was really really small for 4 people . It should only be advertised for 2 and rented for 2 . We were really cramped in . There is a need for better solution for recycling and garbage situation.

Proximity to the walking path and easy parking

Even though it was advertised as having a kitchen the kitchen was poorly set up. When we arrived there was no dish soap and a very old and disgusting sponge. The dishes were not very clean from the last guests as a result. The property did manage to get us a sponge and soap by the next day. The only frying pan was totally scratched and was replaced as well. Generally the kitchen seemed inadequately setup with random glass wear and cutlery and pots and pans. Italy seems to have a strict garbage separation system. This was outlined in the house rules but there was only a trash can and no way to comply with sorting into different containers.

Well appointed comfortable studio apartment in suburban area with good access to Centro and sights.

Cosy apartment with everything you need , and a patio with table and chairs to enjoy the outside scene. Local shops and supermarket nearby. Convenient access to Centro by bus, or walk or ride along the river Parkway.

Great stay in quiet area but close to city centre

Very nice, modern, well kept and clean flat. The flat is in a small side street which is very quiet. Still it is close to the city centre and the Eisack is literaely at the end of the street and offers good running routes and cycling and walking routes into the city centre. Kitchen is equipped well for short stays.

Small but perfectly formed apartment with some really nice touches!

The apartment was small, but perfectly formed! It was newly refurbished and well thought through with a place for everything needed. Even the TV was on a hinge, which meant it could be comfortably watched from both the living and the sleeping areas. There is an excellent pizza takeaway round the corner on the main road and a large shopping centre in the other direction just over the bridge. There were some really nice touches, such as a few snacks and drinks ready and a Nespresso machine with sufficient capsules supplied for the 2 nights, we were staying. The welcome by Marika's "papa", who lives across the road, was lovely. There was a roadside veranda, which was nice, although not something we are used to and a dedicated parking space in front of the property Highly recommended

The walk into Bolzano - whilst largely leading through a park area and along the river took a good 20 minutes plus - just something to be aware of.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, szybki dojazd z autostrady, ma własne miejsce parkingowe. Mieszkanie ekonomiczne, ale spełnia oczekiwania, czysto, dwa duże łóżka, ładna łazienka, szafa, aneks kuchenny. Dokładna instrukcja zameldowania. Mieszkanie z potencjałem.

po przyjeździe ( po 1 w nocy) okazało się, że parking jest zablokowany i nie da się zaparkować, pilot do drzwi był w umówionym miejscu, ale problemy techniczne sprawiły, że nie można było otworzyć drzwi przez kilkanaście minut. Pilot do drzwi działał niepewnie do końca pobytu. Na dodatek pomieszczenie było wychłodzone do 19 st. C a ogrzewanie zaczęło działać o 6 rano. Wyposażenie mogło być lepsze, np były 2 kubki na cztery osoby, tylko 1 nóż do kanapek...

Il posto auto occupato all'arrivo ( vista la difficoltà a manovrare nella stradina) Per le chiavi: incongruenza fra ciò che è scritto e il discorso del "cestino" La macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. Temperatura eccessiva nella stanza e nessuna indicazione su come regolare la temperatura.

Camera piccola per 4, lontano dal centro , cornicione della porta d'ingresso rotto, poche accortezze per gli ospiti, 3 rotoli di carta igienica per 4 persone per 5 notti, 4 cialde di caffè in tutto, nessun tè, un goccio di sapone per i piatti, 4 shampoo in tutto ,se fossi stato di più in casa avrei dovuto comprare un sacco di cose

Tutto bene, appartamento relativamente nuovo, dotazioni della cucina complete, letti comodi, bagno spazioso. Posto auto gratuito compreso nel soggiorno.

Il tavolo da pranzo di fatto non esiste e risulta molto scomodo mangiare in appartamento. Il tavolino fuori non aiuta perché troppo piccolo anch'esso.

Deludente, non adatto a famiglie

Parcheggio privato fronte appartamento, grande letto per una delle bambine e buona posizione della struttura.

La nostra esperienza purtroppo non è stata positiva. L’appartamento, nonostante il costo molto elevato, presentava da subito un forte cattivo odore che non è stato risolto nemmeno dopo la segnalazione. La gestione dei rifiuti è risultata scomoda e inadeguata: con una bambina piccola abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il ritiro anticipato a causa del cattivo odore. L’inserzione parlava di “prodotti per il bagno in omaggio”, ma in realtà c’era solo un dispenser di sapone, per cui abbiamo dovuto acquistare tutto il resto. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato stoviglie sporche (una tazza con residui di zucchero), segno di scarsa attenzione alla pulizia. Va detto che l’host è sempre stato veloce e disponibile nelle risposte, ma non ha mai realmente cercato di venire incontro al nostro malcontento: a fronte di gravi mancanze ci saremmo aspettati almeno un gesto concreto, come una scontistica, cosa che non è avvenuta. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata deludente e non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Appartamento nuovissimo e comodo per passeggiate lungo il parco o

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Cucina essenziale, ma pulita e funzionante. Letto matrimoniale comodo e secondo letto (era un divano-letto) comodissimo. Abbiamo trovato anche la culla per il bambino completamente gratuita. Il bagno molto confortevole, asciugamani doppi per tutti. Pian terreno, facile accesso e comodo spazio esterno. La vicinanza al parco lungo il fiume ed ai vari parchi giochi per bambini è stato per noi fantastico. Super comodo il parcheggio riservato esattamente davanti casa.

Sebbene lo spazio esterno fosse dotato di un cancelletto per accesso diretto dalla strada, non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne in quanto le chiavi a disposizione non funzionavano.

Appartamento carino, bene organizzato, buona posizione, zona tranquilla,questi i lati positivi, per quanto riguarda i lati negativi: non è un monolocale dove ci possono vivere 3 persone, ma sopravvivere ; si può cucinare ma non c’è la cappa aspirante, quindi non si può cucinare nulla che lasci un odore per tutta la notte
